Location

Located in the centre of the Seminyak area and the popular Oberoi beach, the property is just a 20-minute drive from the Ngurah Rai Airport and is conveniently situated near to modern restaurants, clubs, cafés, spas and art galleries.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 8 villas/houses. The following room categories are also available: 8 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Leisure activities and facilities at the resort include cycling/mountain biking, golf, a gym, a spa, a sauna and a solarium or, for a fee, massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

    We just stayed here for a few nights and overall the stay was fine, but for the price I think you could find nicer accommodation. It definitely isn't a 5* accommodation. Pros:- Location: this was excellent, close to the beach and restaurants - Very quiet despite the street noise outside - Staff: seemed friendly but limited English - Pool: the pool was nice but the cushions on the day bed smelt damp. The cushions on the loungers were left out in the rain so were either wet, or even once dried smelt of damp. - The bed was huge and really comfortable Cons:- The villa wasn't as clean as you'd hope, a lot of dust in corners and a lack of attention to detail. Overall it seemed a little tired and in need of redecoration. There was a hole in the ceiling which leaked water when it rained, the toiletries provided were covered in dust and looked used, and the cup on the sink had old toothpaste stains in. - The style of sink in the bathroom was so shallow it was practically impossible to get your hands under the tap to wash your face. - The towels were tired and needed replacing. The hairdryer was a travel one which was cheap and poor quality. - The big french doors didn't glide smoothly so it was difficult to open and close them. There was curtains to cover the doors but not the window above the doors, so every morning the sun flows in waking you up at 6:30am. - The whole space was badly lit- The breakfast was one of the worst we've eaten, we only had it one day and skipped the other days. Stale croissant and danish, coffee and tea with no milk offered/provided, undercooked poached eggs on top of wet bread. Some of the items mentioned seem a little petty but for a 5 star accommodation you do expect better. I think for the same cost you could find better accommodation in the area. The staff need to update the tired and worn villas as it is a fantastic location and has huge potential.

    The staff were friendly and very helpful. So thoughtful and hard working. The villa was good but a little dated and in need of some TLC (a leak in the roof, sticky locks, sliding doors that don’t meet when closed and very low water pressure in the shower (hot water was on and off too)). Japanese style and quite dark. Not good if you have mobility issues (sofa futon style). We liked that though but my parents would have struggled for eg. Bed was super comfortable and huge. Villa was very clean and attended to daily - indoors and out. Pool maintained regularly too. Pool was lovely. Daily breakfast was good with lots of options. Villa had a kitchen and dining area but super basic in terms of utensils. Not very well equipped but this really is a hotel rather than a self contained villa. X2 bottles of water supplied daily (we went to the local supermarket to buy bigger quantities of drinking water. 2 tiny bottles isn’t nearly enough considering they were enough just to brush teeth daily). Location is amazing. One of the biggest draw cards. Easy stroll to the beach. Lots of restaurants around but super quiet. If you stay here and need a laundry (and don’t want to pay hotel prices), pop around to the Family Laundry Express (3min walk) for amazing, quick and cheap laundry. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Overall, pretty good but considering price - not sure I would go back.

    Perfect for couples. Great layout with fantastic service. Some items could be repaired or refreshed in the space but seriously very minor like the bathroom towel rail falling off the wall and bathroom mirror lacking bright light. But overall a perfect quiet hideaway.
