The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the resort offers cycling/mountain biking. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. A continental breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes.

    More Than a Resort – A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience

    Our stay at Udaya Resort and Spa was nothing short of incredible, and it will forever be special to us as the place I proposed.From the moment we arrived, everything felt like paradise. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush jungle, beautiful water features, and the most peaceful atmosphere. You could honestly spend your entire stay just relaxing by the pool and soaking it all in.The team went above and beyond to help me organise the proposal. From the incredible flower-filled pool and romantic candlelit dinner to the photographer and drone capturing the moment, every detail was perfect. It was more than I could have ever imagined, and something we will remember for the rest of our lives.The staff are what truly set this place apart. They make such a genuine effort to get to know you that by the end of your stay, you feel like part of the family. Even the manager took the time to personally introduce himself and make sure everything was perfect, which really says a lot about the level of care here.We stayed in the Jungle Room, which was amazing. It was beautifully designed, spotless at all times, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail throughout the entire resort is just next level.We also made the most of the spa and had as many massages as we could, and every single one was incredible. The food was another highlight, every meal was spectacular. We did the cooking class as well, which was such a fun experience, and the cocktails were just as good, especially during happy hour.The resort also organised two full days of trips for us, which made exploring so easy. They also run an hourly shuttle into Ubud, which was super convenient and effortless to use.Everything about this place is just “spot on”. From the gardens and rooms to the service and experiences, it is clear how much pride the team takes in what they do.We have not stopped talking about this trip since we got home.     I can’t fault this resort and customer service. Everything was above our expectations . This was my 5th visit to Bali. We stayed in the pool villa which is extremely exotic, quiet and secluded and very comfortable. The amenities in the room are a game changer. Highly recommend.     A Lush Paradise in the Heart of Ubud!My recent stay at The Udaya Resorts & Spa was nothing short of magical. Returning to this resort felt like coming home, but even better.I must start by thanking the General Manager for his exceptional hospitality. Being recognized as a returning guest and receiving a thoughtful gift was a gesture that truly touched my heart. It’s this level of personalized care that sets The Udaya apart.The Garden Suites are simply stunning. One detail that deserves a special mention is the inclusion of dehumidifiers in the rooms. Anyone who knows Ubud knows the humidity can be a challenge, but thanks to these devices, the air in my room was always fresh and comfortable—a rare and thoughtful luxury!The resort's landscape design is a masterpiece. Walking through the property is like wandering through a botanical garden; the variety of plants and flowers is incredible. I especially loved stepping out of my room to be greeted by the beautiful koi ponds filled with vibrant fish—it’s such a serene way to start the day.Speaking of starts, the à la carte breakfast is outstanding. The variety is rich, and every dish was both delicious and beautifully presented.
