  WORST EXPERIENCE and WORST MANAGEMENT Ever!! Tried many Villas in Bali but this is WORST!

  I am usually not the type of person who writes review online, unless the service is amazing or top notch. This is my first worst review.Come to pick this villa out a recommendation of a middle men because in July, its usually very high season and all the popular villa is usually sold out or taken already. It was very hard for us to get a 5 bedroom villa during this high season month, choices were very limited, so when we were offered the this villa and check out all the photos with 5 bedroom, we are very and decided to try in this villa.When, we arrive at the villa, I was very shocked when we enter to see that the villa looks that is not properly maintained. the plants are very messy but that is fine with us because we thought as long the inside is clean its okay.They took only all the good angles of the villa but realistically its very different.we checked the master bedroom which is not easily accessed I must say and when we enter, you can feel and smell that the room is very dusty and has this abandon smell that, it is not clean regularly. to my shocking, then the aircon was leaking a lot on the floor, the pillows were very smelly, so you can tell the hygiene was not there.I was very frustated because I travel with kids and small children were clean is needed very much.when we complaint about the aircon, they say that they have service it before we come, if thats the case, it shouldnt be leaking right? and it took them a long time to repair it.It was said that there is elevator, but its not functional.there is a washing maching but its broken also.The overall cleanliness is not A rated.The pillows on the poolside is very dirty and I honestly dont dare to jump to the pool, because the water doesnt look convincing to me.The view in front of the pool, is an abandon building, it looks very creepy and scary. with Bali has to offer usually, this one is surely not a good view to wake up too.We figure that its beyond with our expectation, so we decided to move out and in General, with hotels if you dont stay, they penalize you with the first night, the next days then they will refund.this is the crazy part, we are willing already to lose 50% of the money that has been paid.we think its fair that its 50-50, we book 4 days, we expect they will refund us for 2 days, noooo that didnt not happen instead they only refund us one night.Tried to explained to them about everything and they cant just be bother about it.I hope just hope that none of you, will have this bad experience like we do and I hope that this will help put your consideration on booking this villa, trust me there are more much better villas in Bali, with better managements also I believe.Remember, dont be fooled by the pictures, I didnt know, I will write this review, If I know, I would, I will take more pictures of the details.

  Heaven on earth

  Stayed here with my 3 kids and parents at the 5 bedroom villa. The villa was astonishingly beautiful with a gorgeous view from the rooftop. Either sunrise or sunset, both you can see from up there. The pool was so cozy my kids stayed for the whole day. The staffs were also very friendly. I have to admit, it is quite far from the hectic party seminyak area, but the benefit of staying here is whenever you want to go out party in seminyak, you go only for the party then come back here for a relaxing after party and stay chill. Definitely will come back here again.

  Excellent place..my family were enjoying their stay at the villa with amazing staff & facilities..It also has a greay view from roof top (nice place to have a small party with your closest..😉) The pooolll is also great..my nephew love it so much..Hope to be back soon 😄

  We have been living here for three months already. Very much we love this place. Here we are taken care of, as if we are at home. Clean territory, hospitable staff. For all our requests, we quickly receive an answer.

  Run down villa at high end prices

  We booked the 3 bedroom garden villa with 2 other couples. Each couple got their own private villa with bathroom within the complex and we had our own private pool. We arrived late at night, and there were numerous issues with each of the rooms. Warm air blowing out from the air conditioning units, a big hole in the ceiling of the bathroom and missing mosquito net above the bed. All these issues were promptly fixed the next morning, following a lot of hand waving and communication problems. The pool was murky until they poured a tonne of chlorine into it, after which we didn't dare to go in. You would think they'd fixed all these problems before we arrived. There were plenty of staff just sitting around but no one could speak English.
