  Hot tub situation was a bummer!

  The condo we stayed in was ok. The resort seems to be quiet, which is nice. However every time I tried to get into the jacuzzi, there was 7 or more small children in it. Some with diapers, some with life jackets on and some doing "cannonballs" into the jacuzzi from the big pool. There is 2 jacuzzi's but one has been shut down for the 3 weeks we've been here, and the big pool is COLD!! The only time I was able to use the jacuzzi was in the morning. 2 other couples were in it, and before I could say anything, they both said they were there in the morning because the rest of the day it will be filled with kids. One guy said he spoke to the desk who responded "yeah, we get a lot of complaints about that". I've seen parents take their 1 & 3 year old into the jacuzzi with them. What is wrong with these people? Not only is it annoying, but its also very dangerous. The hot tub is HOT! There is a kids water park and a big zero entry pool within. I wont rent here again because of it. Its too bad when the staff or security are walking through the pool area they dont kick the kids out. (and yes there is a sign saying small children shouldnt be in it)

  We stayed here in May on Candy Palm road, the complex was lovely and clean. The tiki bar was excellent and great value for money. All the staff were polite and helpful. We spent a lot of time in the complex pool (wish they had more than one slide) my daughter loved the slide. Our townhouse was perfect for our needs. Security gate staff were great and would always wave at our daughter when we came back in from our trips out. We only did Disney this stay and traffic was clear most days taking around 20 minutes at most to get to the parks. Staying again next year and can't wait.

  Fantastic resort! Already booked my next stay!

  Great resort. Gated community with Huge resort pool and snack bar/outside bar area. We rented a 4BR 3Bath Townhouse with private pool. Close to Disney. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby on 192 Irlo Bronson Highway. Resort was clean and well kept.

  We found the resort very clean and well taken care of. We rented a house on Cuban drive and had everything we needed. The little pool was great to cool off. A couple of times the next door neighbors were noisy at one o’clock in morning. Other than that disturbance, the resort was great.

  We had a 4 bedroom house with a splash pool that we booked with ocean Florida - they use a local company who maintain the house. We didn’t really use the facilities much in the resort. The main pool was fun and require a wrist band to gain entry. The little shop is expensive. It is a gated community and there is security on site. At the weekends it gets very busy. There is an aldi, publix and Walmart very close by.
