The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the resort offers cycling/mountain biking. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments.     I highly recommend this resort. The villa was beautiful, food was amazing and the staff exceptional. The resort is set in lush gardens with a swimming pool set high in the trees.     Extremely disappointing experience.

    We booked our stay just one day in advance, and not a single person from the hotel bothered to inform us that the ONLY road leading to the property was completely under construction.On the way there, fresh asphalt got stuck to our motorbike wheels, which then collected stones and debris, turning the ride into something straight-up dangerous. But that was only the beginning.When we came back from dinner, the road was ENTIRELY BLOCKED. Construction workers had simply shut down all access. No warning. No alternatives. Nothing.If it weren’t for a random young guy who literally guided us through narrow dirt paths in the dark, we would have been forced to book a night somewhere else.What makes this even worse? Hotel management KNEW about this situation. Guests were leaving their bikes and walking to the hotel. And yet, they couldn’t even do the bare minimum — like having one single staff member on duty at the entrance while the road was closed to help guests get in.Google Maps doesn’t show those tiny alleys at all. Without that guy, we would have been completely stuck.The final point? The staff promised to at least clean the motorbike wheels so we could safely ride back to Canggu. And how did they “solve” the problem?They poured a bit of water from bottles on the wheels. Seriously???Fresh asphalt. Stones stuck everywhere. And your solution is… a splash of bottled water?Absolutely unbelievable.Hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had in Bali. This hotel calls itself a 5-star property, but it barely qualifies as a 3-star one.Ubud is full of truly great places — do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one. First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the road construction on the street near our resort.Please allow us to clarify that this situation was beyond our control. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance by the construction workers that they would block half of the road to lay asphalt. On that day, guests were still able to pass through the road normally to reach our resort. We only became aware of the issue after receiving your information when you returned in the late evening.Following this issue, we immediately checked and have already informed the construction workers to coordinate with us in advance should they need to block the road in the future, in order to prevent similar issues from happening again. Please also be advised that there is an alternative access to the resort from the east side, which can be used to reach our hotel.Regarding your scooter, our staff did their best to clean it from the asphalt. We used a high-pressure water cleaner along with a brushing pad, not a mineral bottle as mentioned. However, we sincerely apologize that it could not be completely cleaned.Once again, on behalf of our entire team, please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience caused.     May not live up to expectations

    The resort is getting tired and in need of some updates. There are great reviews for this accommodation but we felt it didn’t live up to expectations. Whilst we appreciate we had come from a spectacular five star hotel (AYANA Komodo) we were hoping for more. The villa was dark and needed some updating. Some random design features. Door to toilet made it awkward to get in. The cupboard for clothing had sliding doors which were heavy and got stuck. Random recliner chair beside bed just got in the way. We needed somewhere to put our luggage. The outdoor kitchen was basic and none of the glassware/crockery matched. Minimal. We were given welcome coconuts to drink. They were not collected from the fridge all week. We left them in the fridge for hygiene purposes but it was clear they had been drunk. The pool was highly chlorinated which made it not enjoyable to swim. The security locker did not work. We reported this directly to a staff member who said he would ensure it was fixed but it wasn’t. Basin wouldn’t drain at one point and took reporting twice to address it. Breakfast was limited and items ran out without being restocked with an hour left of service. I feel it’s being run on a very tight budget. Staff ok but not efficient or engaged that much with guests. Limited English. Our omelette order was often wrong. Display vegetables(random) in the breakfast fridge were starting to soil. Limited selection for breakfast buffet and a la carte options not inviting. Sadly it was not worth what we paid.

    A Truly Special Stay – Thank You to the Wonderful Team

    Right from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed – not just like guests, but like we were coming home to a peaceful and caring place. The resort is tucked away in a quiet, green setting, and everything is beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. Our villa was spotlessly clean, cozy, and felt like a little sanctuary.But what really made our stay so special was the amazing team. Everyone – from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping – was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. It’s rare to feel so looked after.We especially appreciated the small touches – the friendly greetings, helpful tips for what to do nearby, and just the way the staff noticed what we needed before we even asked. It never felt like "service" – it felt like care.Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious, always served with a smile. It was the perfect start to each day.We left with full hearts, grateful for all the beautiful moments.     Wonderful first impression of Bali

    Great start to our first time in Bali. Very friendly and attentive staff. We booked a private villa with pool and it impressed my wife and I. We even had the opportunity to have floating breakfast at pool plus a nice surprise treat for our wedding anniversary. The villa is very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Hot tub and outdoor rain shower are other nice features at this villa. The restaurant at the resort also serve up some delicious local dishes. Great overall experience.
