    Didn’t get the room we payed for, and the room we ended up getting was dirty and was full of ants and spiders. Was supposed to stay there for 2 nights but left after 1 and booked another place. Not pleased!

    The staff at this small hotel were so helpful and friendly. It's not five star, but when you are sick and far from home they will look after you! Sure, it's not right in Ubud, but they will give you a lift on one of their scooters or you can ask them to organise a taxi. Wifi speed was good. Small cafe 50m away that serves good coffee. They will supply breakfast for extra 50000R per person, set up next to the pool. Water pressure is a bit patchy. Extra towels supplied for swimming.

    We loved Uma Mandi. It was a lovely quiet spot, but also only 10 mins taxi to town, and to the Monkey forest. Clean, comfortable and lovely pool. The staff were very pleasant, extra thanks to Winton (manager) who went above and beyond. Thank you!

    Great stay at Uma Mandi!

    We were only going to stay 2 nights at Uma Mandi and ended up staying for 4 nights. We loved the little patios areas and the pool. The manager is lovely and came to have some drinks with us and tell us all about Ubud and Bali. Would recommend to a friend and will stay again!

    The hotel is very nice, very nice swimming pool. The room is big but not clean as expected : stains on the sheets, curtains and I had to fight with animals ! Location is 10 min away from city center and you absolutely need a scooter !
