    Whatever you do….. DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA. Worst mistake I have made and that’s booking this place. Yes the pictures make it look lovely but it’s far from the actual state of this place. Well out the way from Sanur beach. Lizards everywhere. Paint fall from the walls and ceiling. No lock on the front door of the villa. Pool was extremely dirty. Rubbish everywhere. Literally turned up to this place, looked at the room and left. I honestly can’t explain how bad this place is. Agoda should not be listing this property on the website.

    Location is awful , cleanliness is awful and it’s rotting away . Only good things where staff was nice and it’s very quiet , the doors to the villa where not secure , rotten window frames , peeling paint , shower was dirty and didn’t look very nice and the sick was dirty . The private pool was filled with bits coming off the wall and , the grounds was over grown and rubbish piled up everywhere .

    I had my honeymoon in this amazing place 3 years ago and i wish to go back again everything was perfect specially the service their is an angel there called Julian he is amazing ❤️ The suit was amazingThe jacuzzi was perfect and somehow outdoors which gives you the sense of freedom The fruitsss Ooooo were one of the best parts The staff helped us not only in everything concerning the hotel but in all Bali as well 😍 i adore this place

    We stayed for 5 nights and loved it , the location is a bit out of the way but only takes 5 minutes to main shopping / eating district by grab / Uber for $2 or the villa is very close to the large morning market and night food market , they also have a listing of a local restaurant that delivers top quality meals for free at Bali prices They have a pool table and cafe area so that was good , plenty of parking and the Villa we stayed in Number 8 was great with own pool

    3D2N family trip, wonderful environment for peaceful stay only in the master room. It would be better with deep cleaning & maintenance for the second room, leaky AC, damaged wall with water marks, sandy bed and no washing basin in washroom & kitchen. No rubbish bin in the villa - kind of no outside food allowed & weak WiFi connection. Breakfast serve from 0800 to 1100hrs only, slow & bad serving. Unfriendly and weak communication with guest. Anyway, I would expect a great development from them as there is on-going construction work for more villas.
