Location

This beach hotel is perched 70 metres above sea level on the cliffs of Bali's southernmost peninsula. The establishment lies approximately 5 km from the centre of Jimbaran and a similar distance from the Garuda Wisnu memorial statue. The resort has its own beach and the famous Kuta Beach is also only 30 minutes away by car. Guests will find a range of nightlife options in Seminyak, which is roughly 20 km from the accommodation. Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately 12 km from the accommodation.

Facility

The complex welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 73 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a DVD player and WiFi are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Little extras include slippers, daily paper and pillow menu. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy beach volleyball and golf. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. Water sports available at the complex include water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing, snorkelling and diving. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, billiards, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    Absolutely flawless stay at Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts! The villa is incredibly spacious, the private pool and hot tub are incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The premium toiletries are top-notch, and the panoramic views are simply breathtaking. A huge shoutout to our butler Saya Darma—attentive, thoughtful and professional, he made our vacation truly perfect and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

    We stayed for one week at the UMANA Bali. And what can I say, it was absolute outstanding. The Villa is extremely spacious, clean and the pool ist incredibly huge. The gardens around the Villas are beautiful and invite for a walk around the property (but buggies are always offered by the staff).The dining options are very diverse and everything is perfectly prepared. Especially the breakfast options are tremendous and I barely ate the same dish twice during the week, although I fell in love with the Indonesian and Balinese dishes. The spa and the gym are also very spacious and there are a lot of options to take care of yourself. A special shout out to the whole staff at the UMANA. They are always kind, helpful, with a good mood and we were always addressed by our names. Tofik, Nuka, Ngurah, Aldi, Dodi, Toti, Jaya, Talfan and of course to all I cannot remember the names of: Thank you for creating the best, most relaxing and enjoyable holiday we ever had!!!

    No one Luxury accommodation in Uluwatu

    We had a wonderful stay at Umana Villas, one of the best villa resorts in Uluwatu. Beach access is very convenient, either by a complimentary shuttle that runs every 15 minutes or via stairs. The villa itself was extremely spacious, with a large private pool and a warm-water jacuzzi—perfect for relaxing.The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we slept very well every night. The bathroom was also impressive, featuring a large bathtub and a spacious wardrobe. Compared to other luxury villas in the area, Umana really stands out for its generous space and complete facilities.The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and attentive, delivering excellent hospitality throughout our stay.     Amazing Stay!!! Highly Recommended

    I don’t know where to start with my review of this fantastic Hotel.What stands out for me was the fantastic stuff everywhere you go. So friendly and helpful it was such a delight.Shout out to the commune team and especially to the lovely chefs, which where so nice to my 3 year old son. Especially Eddy and Ngukah, which my little lm still is talking about. The villas are also really really nice and spotless clean.Uma Beach House was also quite nice, where you get shuttled to or you can walk on your own to the beach. There was only one minor downside during our stay. 3 out of 5 days there was a wedding near to our villa which caused some noise disruption.We will return for sure!!!
