  A horrible experience

  We always stay at Hampton Inn, and until now have never been disappointed. This was beyond disappointing. At 7am they ran out of coffee. We had to find whomever worked there to tell them. Within the next half hour they ran out of eggs and again had to find the kitchen man to make eggs. Almost always had to search for whomever worked there to assist us at the lobby desk. There was a black ring around our tub and it was disgustingly filthy. There bananas in the breakfast area were black as coal. We couldn’t believe that we were in a Hampton Inn. The man attending the kitchen couldn’t keep up with the dirty tables and food area. We will think twice before booking at a Hampton Inn again.

  No water!

  I come here quite often for work and the rooms are always okay. However they are always out of water. At first I just thought it was catching them at a bad time but I have probably stayed here 10 times in the past few months and I can only remember 1 time where they had water. Seems like the management here doesn’t care about being stocked. I know it’s a small thing but it’s important to me and I time or two whatever. But it’s a real problem when it’s an amenity that they never have.

  Good place for one night

  When we first got here we had no TV and they said it’s satellite and there is nothing they could do.. It was raining.. We went and took a tour of Helena and it’s a gorgeous place.. We came back and the bed is hard to sleep on and the bedroom had a stink to it.. Breakfast was good.. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, and waffles..

  No complaints from me. The bathroom and the room itself were both large and clean. The guy that checked me in was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty average, but hey, it's a chain hotel--I didn't expect breakfast to be anything special.
