  We had booked this villa for 4 days, we left after 3 days.. this villa is so far out from everything. There is absolutely nothing in walking distance except the local prison. We were lead to believe it was central.. this was very misleading.. there is a live in maid in the villa, why they have given her the title of maid I am very confused!! Breakfast is supplied every day.. do not expect much as all you will receive is black coffee and toast!! When we requested eggs we were told to go purchase them, this would of meant a 15 minute taxi ride! The villa is walking with lizards, cockroaches and mosquitos. You will also be advised to tip the maid, obviously for the amazing spread provided at breakfast. The pool is not heating and very cold considering the climate. When the owner found out we left, I gave him some feedback why and he ignored and failed to respond. Overall by far my worst travel experience EVER. Do not book this unless you are in Bali to visit a local prisoner!!

  Luxurious but a little isolated

  I had a short stay in this villa at the end of my holiday in nearby Seminyak. The villa appears to be very new and is in perfect condition throughout. It is spacious and well appointed with high quality furnishings and fittings. All the appliances appear to be new.The villa has a very good pool and quite a decent size yard for entertaining. The bedrooms are massive but the beds are very firm. My wife did not sleep well as she prefers a more Western style mattress.The lounge and dining rooms are excellent and super comfortable. There are TVs in just about every room. The channel selection was okay but many of the listed channels are actually not available. The wifi was okay but streaming video pushed it to its limits. There were quite a few drop outs which was a bit annoying.The bathrooms were absolutely first rate with an amazing rain shower and a beautiful bath tub. Everything was spotlessly clean.The villa staff appeared to be efficient and friendly. The quality of the breakfast was okay.The villa has a significant problem with mosquitoes. I did not experience this problem anywhere in nearby Seminyak.Also, this villa is located in Kerabokan which can be a little bit away from the action in Seminyak. In fact, the villa is very close to the prison. I found taxi drivers had a hard time trying to find the villa which located on a small laneway. There is very little within easy walking distance of the villa, so you are pretty reliant on taxis to get anywhere.On the plus side, the villa is very quiet all day and night.Would I stay here again? Well, probably not. It's very beautiful but too isolated for me.
