    The hotel cost cheap and kept clean. Suitable for family or couples who wanna have relax time. The attached restaurant provide decent breakfast and lunch. Didn't try dinner there. But plety of restaurant around walking distance.

    ●I would recommend everyone to visit Punga villa actually all are there are wonderful and I do not forget Tina girl who is doing massage I advise you to go to it when you arrive.●I do not forget the room service at the time, and also eating there is awesome and very tasty irresistible.Evrithing there is good and i wish everyone come to villa bunga is amezing

    I have been coming to Bali for over 40 years. Wayan from Villa Bunga provides the most outstanding massage ever! After a recent injury, Wayan was so helpful and all but fixed the problem.     Villa Bunga is a hotel with everything that you need. Really friendly staff, a restaurant with an easy going and good menu (so you do not have to go out all the time), nice pool, beautiful garden, you can find everything you need in the same street, the rooms could use some fresh paint. But staying at Villa Bunga feels cozy & friendly. It is not a big resort and that is why we like it. It feels local and at home.

    The hotel was different to the photos on booking.com. A few of the minor incoveniences: our shower didn't work properly, we didn't get the feeling that the floor had been mopped at all during our 9 day stay (always felt dirty and sticky), superdusty curtains, A/C started making strange noises, stains on the wall, ... However neglected maintenance of the swimming pool ruined our holiday. My friend cut her toe on a broken tile on the floor. The cut was deep, blood was gushing out: the receptionist barely responded. Did my best to stop the bleeding with a tiny first aid kit that I had rushed to get out of my luggage (no First Aid to be found in the hotel). We received no assistance to the hospital (where we got ripped off as international patients). The hotel didn't want to take any responsibility for the accident or share in the ridiculous hospital bills. There was no sign to say 'watch out for the broken tiles' even after we came back and sat down to discuss the issue. People continued using the pool days after. The only change was they had started removing the broken tiles which made it a lot more visible. Our plan had been to swim and go to the beach, but since we wanted to avoid infection in the wound of my friend's foot and she couldn't walk much, the rest of our days were wasted. Our overal impression of this accommodation was a lack of interest to improve the hotel and care for the safety of guests. Interaction with the workers was good (except that earrings that I had bought had disappeared after cleaning). The only positive experience we had with this hotel was eating at their restaurant 'Honeybees' which had varied breakfast options. Hopefully improvement will follow soon.
