  For a better holiday, stay somewhere else.

  Booked this place recently because it looked very promising with 16 rooms for my group of 30-32 pax. Would have never booked it if I knew how the actual experience would turn out. •⁠ ⁠the toilets were dirty and sandy, •⁠ ⁠⁠the pool was murky so no one even dared to swim / take a dip•⁠ ⁠⁠No toiletries were provided•⁠ ⁠⁠The beds were unclean. Several of them were on the bed and complained of itch shortly. They also had bumps all over their body.•⁠ ⁠⁠One of the toilets had drainage issue and the shower also could not workMy team is supposed to be 30 pax but in the end some of them even decided not to stay at Diana at all and looked for another accommodation elsewhere.   Run, don’t walk - as far away as possible.

  Run down and the room l was in had a mouldy aircon that caused me to cough all night and the toilet didn’t work. They said they would fix the toilet, which they didn’t, so l decided to move to a hotel the next morning and never looked back. I would not recommend the place as it’s unhealthy and would run, not walk to another place to stay. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I was just please to find a hotel close by that was the TS Suites, which was totally 6 stars and my cough went away and I had a brilliant holiday.   Looked at reviews before booking and pictures and reviews looked great.We arrived and there was a local party and to avoid the pool area for an hour... Checked into the 'villa' round the back.Past all the rubbish bags in the street, the smell in the room was horrendous, room was very unclean and the outside shower had a tree growing in itMoved rooms after the party had left which was better, next to the pool.We were the only guests in the hotel, and the manager was friendly enough and tried to reassure us.The security watched TV all night in reception and talked with taxi drivers all night ... Unfortunately this was right next to our room and kept us awake all night The pool area looks nice enough, but the water was green! Couldnt swim in it...   The 3 bedroom villa is large and very comfortable for a large group. The pool is a good size, large rooms and bathrooms. The main pool in the hotel area was lovely, staff were always available to help out when needed.The location is not that good, especially when traveling with kids. Not much around. The villa pool, always looked murky (however the staff assured us that was because of the tile colour)Breakfast was so basic but stuff were always happy to make you something. The beds and pillows were the worst, so uncomfortable and old. The sheets and towels were so discoloured. Honestly they all need to be replaced. If some small changes and maintenance in the villa's happened this place would be great. Kitchen was pretty gross, we didn't use it. For the price it was worth it.   Nice hotel, rented a half villa. Nice with swimmingpool i had to share with neighbours. A lot of privacy when the other half is not used. I planned to stay there for two night and to come back after a short stay in Sidemen. I cancelled the second reservation because the poor way they handeled breakfastYou can order from a menu what kind of breakfast you like. The first morning i ordered continental, waiter went away and didnt come back. After 30 minutes i asked where was the coffee and juice. They told me to pick it up on the counter. One hour later after asking again, i got scrambled eggs and some toast. No fruit.Day 2 ordered the same. Got my coffee and juice. After one hour hour no breakfast. Left the restaurant, cancelled my booking and went to Whale coffee where i had great coffee and breakfast. I was before in this hotel, but not come back anymore. villadianabali, Manager at Villa Diana Bali, responded to this review Thank you for your remaining review here , and really do apologize for the inconvenience toward , since the breakfast situation that not matched with your expectation. we are serve breakfast by buffet system , since we serve the numbers of customers in one times in meanwhile we still serve alacarte menu that base on request . apologize for the serving timing that we lacked on that time , caused sometimes we not able to covered in short time when we had order in numbers of customer , usually the staff mention the orders situations and offer to have something from buffet while waiting . once again we are really apologize for that . since we are on learning management we are really appreciate for each customer improvements and really looking forward to have your others stay to show our upgraded the service system forward.
