  Worst Hotel Ever

  We booked a room to stay 5 nights when we arrived late, they gave us the wrong Keys twice and could not get in took a half hour to find manager who blamed it on us then when she could not get in. Instead of getting us a new room or upgrade she asked us if we wanted a refund and to find another hotel. Are you kidding me I asked, and the manager blamed it on housekeeping ridiculous. I will always give everyone a chance not believing all reviews, but all the bad reviews are correct about this place stay away very far away.

  Location is very nice, easily accessible everything and stay was very comfortable, nice food and great services, Staff very helpful and caring. So I will rate this hotel a Best Hotel in Vrindavan. Everything was perfect, I enjoyed my trip nicely. Great hospitality.

  We had a great experience at this hotel. Breakfast had great local and international options. We enjoyed the pool and had a relaxing massage! Everyone is very welcoming and attentive to the needs of the guests. I highly recommend this place

  Lovely place, excellent client care and the perfect breakfast!This hotel is an ideal location for families and friends. The view from our room was perfect and looking out the window every morning was soothing.if you are visiting this hotel, do not miss breakfast.
