We stayed in Ungasan near Pandawa beach. Small roads that lead us to the modern villa. The venue is past its prime. but, still is a nice place to stay in. Modern Balinese-style with the opulence and grandeur befitting any business class family who could afford a night here. The pool is clean, nice and deep. The service of the butler and the chef is excellent. I requested him to cook only authentic Balinese dishes. He delivered with grade A cooking skills! A premium pampering experience with amenities and privacy that no hotel could ever provide for the cost. DO NOT FORGET TO LEAVE A TIP! The service is 5-star!Tip: Bring your own food. Hire in-house chef. Let him cook it in his own way. Save time and money. Enjoy!

the villa is really out of place. there's nothing in the surrounding. a great place for peace and relax. you can just walk around the big villa or dip into the pool all day. what made our 6D5N stay there fantastic experience was the wonderful butler, Komang. He's such a good butler!! Always appearing the moment you needed his help. And when you don't need him to be around, he'll not be there to disturb you. We had a night of BBQ, he prepared all our food and did the BBQ for us. Very yummy ! If i were to go back to the villa again, it's all for him..

8 of us stayed here. This place is out of the way. VERY hard to locate. No signs.. it is in the middle of no where. If you were after a getaway to just sit in the villa and do nothing else - this place is for you. Beautiful villa. 2 rooms with double beds and 3 master bedrooms. This place also comes with 4 help. We had cooked breakfast every morning, just need to tell the staff and they will cook you an individual meal. We had also requested for some take away and gave the staff money and they sorted it out for us. I would stay here again for a birthday do or something and would cater for the party within this villa.. very spacious.. beautiful views.. But so far away from everything. When you walk outside, you see forest on one side and the ocean on the other side. Breath taking views in my opinion. We had a lot of fun just chilling in this villa. Dont forget to buy supplies that you may need. They only provide tea, coffee and breakfast items. We bought some late night snacks, drinks, etc to make it more pleasurable. The house manager also organised a driver for us as we had wanted to go out for dinners etc. You will need to hire the driver for at least 4 hours... might cost about IDR400,000 all up.. we had a van to take us around.. that was hired separately. So we got a van and then organised a driver.. worked out cheaper. I really do want to go back again for some quiet relaxing time with a bunch of like minded friends :) .... I already miss this villa and the friendly and helpful staff.

25-28 June, we, a family of 12 spent our holidays at this villa. Breakfast was a choice between American and Indonesian made by the cook, Kadek and Minggu was not bad. Despite being in isolated location, Uluwatu, we felt safe as the caretaker, Komang was there to attend to our needs. Package from Groupon included 8 hrs chauffered driven by Wayan to places of interest and also good 60 mins massage for 10 pax. Good experience except for reply from Reservation that some times took too long. If you want to do a BBQ, do check what is available in the kitchen with the Reservation. Distilled water was replenished but cooking oil was not. Overall experience for a family retreat in having fun, bbq and swim in private pool, away from hustle bustle of city and overlooking the wide Indian ocean, Karang Selatan Villa is the place for it...
