  A good base to explore from.

  A perfect location just a short walk from the beautiful science park, opposite a shopping centre with a supermarket and close to restaurants and bars. We got a €7 taxi to the beach and similar into the city centre, an Uber to the airport was around €20. The hotel was clean, modern and functional, the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were average size with a walk in shower and a fridge, but were missing tea making facilities ( which I would consider basic). The outdoor pool was small but perfect for a cool down and there were outdoor sunbeds and comfortable chairs. Negatives for me the breakfast cost at €18 per person for us as a family if four was too expensive, we bought some lovely pastries, croissants and juice etc from the supermarket close by and paid that for all 4 of us . The sauna, steam room and indoor pool was also overpriced for people staying at the hotel at €30 for a couple of hours.

  This is for the restaurant, the food is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Such high quality, very reasonable. The presentation and flavour is 5 star. Service was also brilliant, one of the best eating our experiences in a very long time. Thank you for our waiter Camarero Alfonso 🙏🏼

  Staff that goes above and beyond

  We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, most of it on business but we stayed one day longer to enjoy the city. All the staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, simply the best service I have experienced in a hotel. The rooms were big enough and very well maintained, the area around the hotel is full with shopping malls, restaurants, easy access to public transport and a big parking. The hotel hotel hosts big conventions and business groups. The breakfast area is very big so you won't wait for a table even when it's very full, que quality of the breakfast is good and if not included in yori bedroom rate you only pay 12 euro per person for a breakfast with fresh fruit, coffee, pastries, eggs, etc. We'll be back when we come to Valencia.

  There were several aspects of our experience that we found quite enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent, nestled conveniently between the old town and the beach, and right next to a bustling shopping centre. The spacious rooms and the lovely addition of the swimming pool certainly enhanced our stay. Additionally, I would like to commend the staff for their professionalism and politeness.However, there were a few issues that unfortunately detracted from our overall experience. One major concern was the lack of sound insulation in the rooms. Throughout the night, we could hear doors slamming and even people engaging in intimate activities next door. This disrupted our sleep and comfort during our stay.Another issue was the presence of leaflets with inappropriate content being dropped right outside the revolving door of the hotel every evening. This gave the hotel a rather seedy feel, which was quite off-putting.Moreover, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning adequately. With night time temperatures reaching the high twenties, it was impossible to sleep comfortably. Despite calling the hotel on several occasions to request adjustments, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay.

  Very loud air conditioning and poor food

  Unfortunately, we would not return to this hotel unless the air conditioning had an overhaul. It is incredibly loud making it impossible to sleep if you like a quiet room. It sounded like we were in a wind tunnel all night. If we turned it off, there was another fan noise, and the room also became unbearably hot. The buffet breakfast was not good. All hot food was cold and not cooked properly. Most days we ate at a local cafe where the food was hot and cheaper. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room, or even a kettle. A basic requirement in hotels. Location was good, but we certainly couldn’t have the window open as the road outside is very busy. The bar staff and service were excellent though
