  I cannot comment of the accommodation. I had to have a medical procedure done nearby. However, the scheduled time was moved up, so I was done earlier than expected. I went to the hotel and explained my situation to see if I could check in early. I was told that they were full. I left to go eat, intending to return but as I was experiencing pain, bleeding and still had over and hour to wait we decided to drive home. I called customer service on two occasions to see if I could get a refund and they forwarded the request to the manager, Mr. Panchal. Until now I have not received the courtesy of a response.

  Quilty Inn - Moultrie, GA has a cash deposit policy

  Booked reservation at Quality Inn in Moultrie, GA on Expedia while driving to Moultrie, GA tonight. When arrived they require a $50 damage deposit printed on a small sign at counter - IN CASH. Told lady that policy was not listed on Expedia for them, I don't carry cash, and to put it on my card. She refused, demanded I drive to ATM and get cash, and called me Sweetheart. I told her I've probably stayed at over 1000 hotels the last 30 years and have never heard of that stupid policy, it's not 1990, and I'm not her sweetheart - and I left. Sounds like that place is pretty bad from all the reviews.

  The motel is clean and neat, but the staff is terrible. The checking in and out persons both were hateful and very rude. If they don't like to work there, I suggest they leave before they destroy the place.

  This was the cleanest Quality Inn I have stayed at. Just as clean as a comfort inn. AC was Ice cold. Bed was comfortable. Once again, very clean. TV also had remote that allowed one to hook up a laptop to the tv very easily. The inn also had very hot water. There were also plenty of power outlets. The 2nd floor rooms are less in price as there is no elevator.

  I called and ask front desk for a 3 blankets. Laura told me she only had one and I could come to the front desk and get it and that she was not bringing it up to me. She provided the worst customer service I’d ever had while staying in a hotel and she was very ruthless about it
