No Running water on last night and no help from Host

    rating10 Aug 2019

The villa itself was good and spacious, the pool was nice and felt clean. Although we had many disappointing experiences · From 7pm on our last night, the running water stopped working which meant we could not shower or use the toiletNo one came to our villa to let us know, I had to find someone who said there would be no water till the next morning.I contacted management after we left, who told me we would not be compensated in anyway and have not replied to my last email from 4 days ago.The villa was also not private as people from the villa next door could see into our pool area by standing on a wooden bench in the main lap pool. The door from the main pool, and into our bathroom also did not lock, which made the place feel not very safe or secureI would not stay here again

The accommodation is amazingly beautiful, we were very happy there. Thank you very muchJust breathtaking! The employees were always available. The villa is of course a bit older but that has its own special charm. It was a wonderful stay.

    Eliza Doolittle

    rating23 Apr 2018

Villa Seratus is like Eliza Doolittle - It presents well, but is rough around the edges. First weird thing: location. Trying to find it by its name is impossible. Look for a turn off to Dodici, then follow the signs to Villa Simone and Villa 100. It’s at Villa 100. Oddly convenient but not really. Unless you walk up a hill. Weird thing 2: the Villa is just that. A Villa. No food, drinks, mini Bar, restaurant, no nothing. You’ll need to stock up at a supermarket - Nirmala at a pinch, or Pepitos down the main road will help. Weird thing 3: scant to non existent staff. Other than at the end of a phone. They are friendly and helpful, but at bare minimum. I walked into my Villa, shown by the guard front the guard house, who left me to my own devices. I explored the place to find a delicious welcome drink, no evidence of keys, and a self registration form and a menu. As I arrived at 8pm, I wanted to organise food. I called the villa manager who discovered that I hadn’t been met. Eventually I went out to figure out how to go to the restaurant. But apparently that meant going out. Weird thing 4: it looks clean, but it’s not. There was literally dirt behind the curtains. Bed was broken. Freezer door non existent. Ants everywhere. Rust, dead leaves, including palm leaves. Apart from the massively obvious, nothing is done. Not enough staff. The good news - it’s not too bad a place. You pay for the place not the service. The pool is clean. No mosquitos. Great view from the terrace. Aircon works. Fridge works. Basic kitchen stuff available. Would I return? Nope. If they charged half as much more money and put on more staff, especially women, the place would be vastly improved. Thank you for the experience!

Romantic Luxury Villa with A Cheap Price

    rating21 Mar 2018

We got this villa for a very very reasonable price and it was awesome! It has 24 hours guarded security just outside the villa so you will feel safe. We've stayed at 1 bedroom villa and I must say when I first step into the villa it was bigger than I've imagined. It has a big bedroom and very spacious living room. The kitchen are complete where by I can cook inside. And also the infinity pool is super big and I love the Jacuzzi (water temperate is warm at night). And the best part is they have an outdoor pool that is connected with the villas you just have to go down a bit from your pool (there's a stairs). They have the most nicest outdoor bath tub which is located inside a fish pond. You can feed the fish while you soak in the bath tub. You can enjoy the view of Jimbaran and volcano mountain (Mt. Batur) from the observation tower. I suggest you to rent a motorbike its more easier to travel around. The eateries, convenience shop, etc is just around the corner. Will definitely come back here again!
