Is a quite place where you can relax. The rooms are simple and clean with ac and hot water. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff. I go there every time I'm in kuta to relax, swim in the pool under the Frangipani trees. I recommend this place.

A very nice place with good design + swim pool + little garden in caring hands...a staff close to their guest...cleaning the rooms everydays...+ good breakfast with smile...so it was a experience here:)Eric from Paris!

Great place, nice pool. Bit of a sanctuary! Only drawback is the walk is a bit far to anything but staff us helpful and using the bluebird taxi app gets you anywhere. Nice food next door. Clean rooms. AC works great

Night one there were three geckos in our room behind the wall painting along with a fair number of ants and a few spiders. Not the best of starts! Bedsheets didn't feel clean and were stained. The toilet smelled awful and was dirty, would often gag when brushing my teeth in the morning. My final compliant would be that the rooms have open vents meaning that you can hear everything that is going on outside.However, the pool is fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful. WiFi is okay and the food was fine. I wouldn't stay here again but it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

They steal your money!If you decide to stay in this hotel, take really really REALLY good care of your belongings because obviously the staff has access to every room (at every hour) and they can/will shamelessly go in and take your money while you are not there. We lost 120€ (almost 2 million IDR) when we went out to eat one night, but there are no security cameras in the hallways so there was no proof to show. When discussing this with the staff they seemed not to care at all, just kept saying that no one had been into our room - well where did all the money go then? Guess it just walked out of the door itself.There are some kind of lockers in the reception, but they did not mention about them to us before this disgusting thing had already happened. Not sure if the locks on them are trustworthy either... The pool was nice though.

This is the most ridiculous cover up story i have read and i will explain why.1/ at check in YOU were shown the HUGE big brown boxes that are less than 1 meter away from where you were standing and the same big brown boxes my staff pointed their finger at and you said " oh yes " but i don't want to use them ( remember its on camera ).2/ you were in such a rush to get out to the clubs and my staff advised you it is better not to take all your valuables and all your cash with you as it is a dangerous area with lots of pickpockets and the likes in the clubs but again you said No it is better we have our stuff and we will look after it ?.3/ my staff do not go in rooms except to clean and the door is left open while they do so and there is no way they would steal from a customer as the very high ratings and feedback they get from guests.4/ the next morning when you woke up from your night out well guess what there is money missing the same money you were adamant that you would look after your stuff in the best know pickpocket district in Indonesia because nobody will beat you ? wrong they got you like they get hundreds every night in sky garden and the surrounding area.5 why was no report given to the police if you were so sure my staff stole your money ?, i will tell you why because it did not happen in my property but to make yourself feel better that you had it stolen/lost on your night out it is easier to blame the hotel staff and looks better on an insurance claim ?.6 you ae a very inexperienced traveler away from home for the first time so listen to advice given for your own safety BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW IT ALL as you tried to portray and for it to be at least a bit convincing you have to tell the same story to everybody not different versions by the pool and breakfast area.
