    Great accommodation, great location, amazing hosts

    I just would like to thank you Ben and all your lovely team for the fabulous accommodation, great little chats, beautiful spacious and clean room and for looking after me.I truly enjoyed my stay at Ben's Homestay.It's a great value for money. Location is spot on. Takes about 5-8 minutes walk to the center depends on the tempo. On scooter is under 2 minutes.The Homestay is located at the far end so its really quiet and the garden you go through to your room is probably the best looking gardens I've seen around.The room was looking better than expected and it was very clean. Bed was nice and comfortable and that exactly what I needed after my previous experience somewhere else. I had a good rest. And nothing was too much trouble for my hosts so once again thank you for your hospitality.Wish you all the best.If I'm back in Ubud, I'll be happy to revisit your place again.

    The best hotel I have ever been privileged enough to stay in. A calm and quiet place inside the green environment is ideal for relaxing. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and fully facilitated (A/C, hot water, unlimited Wi-Fi, etc.). The room service and cleaning are always available. It's only 2 minutes walking distance to Ubud city center.Ben's family and the staff are friendly, supportive, and kind. This place is one of the safest places in Bali. I highly recommend this place for long-term stays.

    We have been at ben's for four nights, and we really enjoyed it. The location was very good. You can walk to the city center, but its still quiet because the rooms are not near the road. The people are very friendly and can arrange several thing such as rafting, taxi, etc. Rooms were very clean and spaceful. I loved the couch on the balcony!So, very nice, I would recomment.

    Ben's Homestay is at excellent location near to many attractions in Ubud. Location is easily accessible from main road however you will confuse first time to search location. Better call owner so that he can pickup you or guide you. Rooms are neat and clean with typical Balinese experience. No AC in family room but no worries. place is at quiet location and no disturbances at all with privacy. Mr. & Mr. Ben will take care of you very well and they will always ensure that you get your need on time. always smiling face and feels like we are at home. I request them to extend for 1 day and they did it without any issue. Morning fruit plate and pan cake....lovely and delicious breakfast. juice was also nice. Thank god they provided me kitchen facility because my daughters were frustrated with outside food. Many temple and lot of good attractions are nearby. we will definitely recommend this to everyone especially for family.

    Awkward!

    We stayed here whilst visiting ubud. The wife is a very lovely lady and couldn’t do enough for us! We received welcome drinks on arrival and breakfast delivered to our balcony which was nice! We didn’t have hot water in the shower but we didn’t pay a lot so just got on with it! However we booked a trip with Ben, which we had read other visitors had done so didn’t hesitate. However we later found our friends booked the same trip for much less at there accommodation! The next morning we were told our trip got cancelled and Ben told us we couldn’t have a full refund! We paid in cash the night before so couldn’t understand why he wouldn’t just give all of it back? After talking to him we ended up getting most of it back (-200 IDR). But we didn’t feel this was fair at all! It made for a very awkward last day at the home stay! We would definitely recommend staying here just please do some research before booking any trips here!!!!
