    This hotel has been closed for 4 years. It's been closed since Covid. Wyndham made no mention of it here or on their website. When I called customer service they insisted that it was open. Prestigia.com also insisted that the hotel was open, so I booked a room through them. When I showed up for my stay, there were only a few security guards working there and they informed me that the hotel had not been open for 4 years. The hotel was extremely run down and had not been maintained during this time. Wyndham and Prestigia.com still to this day insist that the hotel is open and operational, so don't trust them. And Prestigia.com refuses to give me a refund.

    Relaxing and beautiful hotel

    Loved visiting this resort with a friend back in 2019. We had a villa with a private pool, and relaxed by the pool during the day. We took Ubers (a different brand service) on most days to explore different beaches, and had breakfast daily at the property. The staff was very attentive and took care of us. The dreamland beach is pretty but the water was very rough, more appropriate to surfers. I'd definitely return to this hotel!     it was delightful service from wyhndam hotel staff , wonderful experience fast response from all the statf here. Actually this is my first time since pandemic begin for traveling to bali. But wyndham give me really great experience and incredible. I would like to mention your staff Mbo Dewi ( Fb Service) and Bli Sudi ( Fo Staff) that really sincere in servie and great hospitality, i really appreciate it.     I have spent 3days 2nights with my aunties while enjoying Silent Day last week. We stay at 3 rooms, and one Suite room has connected doors to another room. The rooms so spacious with huge living room and kitchen with complete kitchen stuff. Love the place that surrounds by nature like forest. Even though all the beach is closed due to silent day and also covid19 but we were still okay. Love the pools so much. We felt the warmth welcome by the Resort Manager, ibu Jennifer, and mostly the staff also nice they respond to our request really fast. Once of hostess at restaurant Nova, she is so helpful and really nice to talk with us. We have a quick check in and check out as well. Overall i love the time when i stay here. One input is, when i had breakfast at first day i was ordered omelette, since there’s a open kitchen so i can see what chef doing, and it’s shameful when i saw the chef touch the omelette with their barehand to put the omelette nicely. In our situation right now hygiene is more important, i see there’s no one wearing hand gloves on the kitchen. I hope you will improve on that area.     If you want to stay at the resort which have a jungle view & ocean view in one place, please come to this resort. Our breakfast felt special with the greenery of jungle view. Upon sunset time please spare your time to have a walk through the spiral path to the roof top to enjoy sunset and the ocean. Special big thanks to Agus darmawan who arranged our stayed into a memorable one. The staff are amazing. No need to queue to get a sunny side up egg. Just tell your order and they will deliver it to your table safely. The location just 5 minutes away to the dreamland beach.
