Disappointing room quality and F&B, though staff were excellent

The hotel is in a beautiful location right by the beach, which is very convenient for healing and swimming. The bedroom is acceptable and the bathroom is fine, but all the towels are very old and no longer white, so they should be replaced regularly. Breakfast offers few choices and the quality is unremarkable. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and welcoming.

The only good thing about the place is Staff are friendly! No hot water, plenty of mould, cant change air con temp, 1 pool in use and only 6 lounges for use no chairs for the rooms around the pool on level 2, Hallways flooding customers complaining loudly that rooms were flooding. not a pleasant experience at all. One of the best hotel in Kuta, located right in front of famous Kuta Beach, room is clean and spacious, food is great and most importantly, service was very friendly and efficient! Good hotel in Kuta Beach

This hotel is in a great location, right in front of Kuta Beach and close to tourist spots around Kuta. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean. My room had a small swimming pool on the back terrace. At the front of the hotel, there's a cafe with indoor and outdoor tables, making it a great place to sit and enjoy the Kuta nightlife. The service was also quite good.
