    the hotel is in an alley so it's quiet, but this hotel is not like a dirty dirty hotel with low maintenance, clossed crusty like it hasn't been cleaned, bad smell from the bathroom & i booked for alone wich is i booked for king or quen bed but i gey twin bed without explanation Its realy bed experience

    I have been a regular guess since June 2019. This hotel offers a simple, and clean room at an affordable price. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet area but yet just a few minutes drive to the main road that could lead you to the business centre of Denpasar.

    Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it’s okay. There are lots of food stall around the hotel (we ordered by gojek) and the price of food is quite cheap because it’s not the main tourism destination, while the surrounding is calm & peaceful. The room is very good. In the morning I can open the window and feel the fresh air come in. Everything in the room is clean. The breakfast was okay, even though there’s no buffet but the taste is good (not enough portion for big eater though). There’s no other amenities than soap, so better bring it by yourself, no slipper. Early checkin cost you Rp 50.000,- overall it’s a good deal.

    We booked and got an email confirmation weeks before our planned stay. There was a reminder email notification sent to us a few days before our check in date so we thought all were in order. But when we got there, the receptionist told us that they didn't have room for us. After we showed them our booking confirmation, they managed to find our booking in their computer but nevertheless there was no room available. It was very maddening that they lightly told us to go to their partner hotel nearby. Anyway we went and found that the partner hotel was actually just a shady boarding place kind a thing. So we didn't stay there and went to find another hotel. It was a complete waste of our time. They should have sent us an email notification or a just simply text us a message since we gave them my mobile phone number in our booking.
