    The place is very cozy and chill, I’m also satisfied by the crew, the way they treat us amazing… most of all the views are fenomenal, also the Staff and GM really helps me during my stay over there definitely going back there next time, keep up the good work

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We Came as Guests, Left Feeling Like Komodo RoyaltyMy wife and I stayed for 2 nights at the Ecotourism Sanctuary Residence, and honestly, Plataran Komodo completely ruined other hotels for us 🤣From the moment we arrived, the hospitality hit differently. Not the usual “luxury hotel nice” where people smile because it’s their job—but genuinely warm, thoughtful, and heartfelt. The welcome was incredible, and somehow the service just kept getting better throughout our stay.The team personally showed us around the property, introduced us to the different rooms and facilities, explained the available activities, assigned us a dedicated butler, and even made our airport transfer feel seamless. Every interaction felt effortless and sincere.What impressed us most wasn’t just the big things—it was the ridiculous amount of attention paid to the smallest details. For example, our bathroom had two separate sinks: one thoughtfully prepared for the gentleman and one for the lady, each with different amenities tailored to us. It sounds simple, but it’s exactly these little touches that made us realize how much care goes into creating the guest experience.Our room was serviced twice a day, everything was spotless, and somehow the staff always seemed one step ahead of whatever we needed. There were countless moments where we looked at each other and said, “Wow… they really thought of that.”The views were stunning, the property was beautiful, but the people are what make this place exceptional. Every single staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do.For two days, we lived a life that felt way above our pay grade. We arrived as ordinary travelers and left feeling like CEOs on a private island retreat. 😂Luxury hotels can give you beautiful rooms. Plataran Komodo gives you something much harder to find: a feeling. A feeling of being cared for, appreciated, and completely spoiled from start to finish.To everyone at Plataran Komodo: thank you for making our stay unforgettable.     We booked the hanging pool villa with breakfast included. The hanging pools are atop the hill so if you have issues walking you might want to book the ocean villa instead. The villa was beautiful, we had our own pool, balcony, large rooms and double sinks in the bathroom. Salsa, Nando and the entire staff were amazing. One tiny issue, there was construction during our stay. The water was cut off for a bit overnight & was fixed by morning.
