  As soon as you open the door, you get hit with this weird, musty smell. We noticed lots of mold on the bottom of the walls. We also paid for extra breakfast, which was good(fried rice, toast and fruit). BUT, they called us at 8:30 to bring it to us(and the sound of the phone nearly scared me half to death). They never told us they’d be bringing it that early. It was a little vacation for us, we really wanted to sleep in a little bit more. Maybe sounds silly, but the street noises made it really hard for us to sleep aswell.

  I was in the hotel around November last year. I was there only for about 2 nights. My travel app suggested me about the place. One thing I like about the hotel is the location. it is right on the city center, close to the ATM and you can shop easily from Cheap yet tasty foods to affordable clothing (if you ran out of clothing and just being lazy to do laundry between your lay over while travel)The price for this hotel to me was average, just like another budget hotel, However, I found the amenities inside of the room were far from standart. In another budget hotel with the same price and same convenience location, I can have more complete amenities yet in this hotel it surely lacking those essentials. From my stay, I got average experienced. It was not bad or special, it was just fine. Despite those minor lack, I would still suggest this hotel to those who are in lay over between flight or just having trip on budget.

  Cheap but dont expect more than what you pay for.Bed is good but the smell of humidity and mould in bathroom is really unacceptable. I only wanted to leave at the earliest. Very close to epicentrum mall. Staff very polite.

  The Nutana is a must-stay in Lombok: rooms are clean with nice bed, air-con, lovely shower; delicious breakfast; cold beer, yummy breakfast. Additionally, the owner and all staff are considerate and are willing and able to help with any travel or questions. It was awesome- a highlight in Lombok!

  This Budget Hotel has a very nice location, if you would like to have local or street culinary experiences in City Center of Mataram. The Hotel itself offered me a very nice and clean room with very bathroom including shower and toiletries. the TV was too small but that wasn't big issue for me.
