Location

This beach resort is situated on the western coast of the island of Lombok, just a short stroll from the town's shops, restaurants and bars. Lombok International Airport is only 20 minutes' drive from the accommodation.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 161 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, crazy golf and fishing. Guests can partake in various water sports, including canoeing and snorkelling. In addition, diving is offered for a fee. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym. There is a wellness area with a spa and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a café, a bar and a pub. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as special offers like snacks. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    The hotel is old and dated but the staff more than compensates for it. Rooms are clean and good sized. The swimming pools are clean and big. The breakfast is delicious.     Our trip to Lombok was amazing with the help of this hotel. Wonderful staff and spa. Pool area is stunning. The hotel is a bit dated but kept up well. Everything can not be new. Access to beach and pool as well as town. Many options for day trips to waterfalls or villages etc.We were in the shoulder season and it was very quiet. Service was great as well.     Disappointing stock out of menu items in spite of courteous staffs and nice ambience at Senja, seaside restaurant

    I had a very disappointing experience at Senja this evening. I’m staying at Sheraton Senggigi and had specifically booked a seaside table for the New Year’s Day dinner, expecting a special experience.While the location and sea view are absolutely fantastic and the staff were polite and well-behaved, the food availability was extremely poor. To my surprise, most menu items were unavailable. They did not have basic ingredients such as local chicken leg pieces, lamb, or even tomato juice.As Lombok is famous for Ayam Taliwang, I was quite shocked that the restaurant could not serve it. I also asked for Iga Bakar, which was unavailable due to no stock. Even a simple Bloody Mary could not be prepared because the hotel did not have tomato juice at all.For a hotel of this standard, especially during a high-demand period like New Year, it is unacceptable not to have basic food and beverage supplies. This clearly points to serious procurement and planning issues.The place has great potential thanks to its ambiance, views, and courteous staff, but better inventory management is urgently needed to meet guest expectations.     Absolutely fabulous hotel , staff are so helpful and friendly , facilities are excellent with the exception of the gym which would benefit from an exercise bike and a couple more benches . We had dinner on our first evening and the food and service was excellent, the variety of food at breakfast is fantastic . The pool attendants were great and managed the sunbeds so well , no placing towels down and holding beds , the attendant will show you to a sunbed, might seem a small thing but it does add to the relaxation Our room was very clean and comfortable and despite reading some of the reviews regarding dated rooms I could not fault it .     Wedding anniversary and holiday

    Me and my husband had the best holiday ever at Sheraton sengigi during our wedding anniversary. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were made very comfortable. Everymorning for breakfast the staff greets you with smile and make effort to help you with choosing your food. A special thanks to chef Rahman who went the extra miles to talk me about some of the dishes and even shared the recipes with me. His kindness is impeccable I really loved a few of their inhouse chilli paste and when asked where i could buy some to take back to the UK, he gifted me two little jars on behalf of the hotel. I travel a lot and i have never experience such generiosity in any other hotel or from their staff. Komang Apriyant one of the other chef as well took her time to explain to me some of the dishes and did not hesitate to share the ingredients as well. The hotels facilities including the pools and restaurants were excellent. We had dinner at the hotel most evening including we enjoyed the barbeque night thoroughly. It was such a nice atmosphere to have candle lit dinner by the beach. I would definetely recommend this hotel for couple who are planning for their honeymoon. Not to forget they have a turtle sanctuary and cat house if you are animal lovers. I had the priviledge to release one baby turtle to the ocean which was the highlight of my holiday. We were well looked after by the one of the manager TIWI who ensure all our request were met. Last but not least everymorning we were surprised with live piano music by the one and only Staff Hartono. He always greeted us with a warm smile and made our breakfast experience magical. I would definetly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
