    Work/holiday say

    rating13 Mar 2020

Well have to say hats off to the team always happy to help and great service. Rooms were always clean the room we stayed in was decent size. Only down side was it had the world's smallest shower and if I was a bigger guy it would be tight. But apart from that all was good.

    A secret hotel

    rating11 Feb 2020

Not many people would realise that the IMI Residence is a small hotel near the most liveliest shopping centre in Dublin. It's so close to bus routes and the green luas. The rooms are not bad at all. You can't fault the breakfast at €8 not bad if you check around as the hotel up the road is about €12. You are off the road and it's peaceful. Definitely go back again!!

Weekend visit for Leopardstown racing festival

Very poor. Austere and soulless, in my opinion. Dirty, stained carpets. Noisy plumbing at night. Curtain hanging off of hooks. Staff largely unhelpful. When asked to change rooms, the 3 alternatives I was shown were equally as dirty! No bar. No restaurant. Tram stations long walks away.Eventually got partial refund.Would never return.

    DO NOT STAY HERE

    rating23 Nov 2019

I couldn’t be more disgusted by the uncleanliness of this hotel. The shower had mould growing from and around it. The carpets had dirty marks all over and mud trodden into them. When we requested a cot for my daughter, it came with white stains all over which the hotel staff didn’t seemed at all surprised by. We didn’t even stay for 1 of the 3 nights we had booked and even though we were promised we would receive a refund the next day for the appalling conduct by the night staff, we didn’t hear anything so rung up only to be told they wasn’t sure how to process one and the manager would definitely call us, well we are still waiting...The hotel looks like something from the 1920’s which I don’t think it should of ever made it passed. IMI R, Front Office Manager at IMI Residence Dublin, responded to this review Dear charl-white,Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We greatly appreciate all feedback, whether it be positive or negative. I am very sorry to hear IMI Residence did not live up to your expectations. This is highly unacceptable and should not have happened. We will speak to our housekeeping staff, to ensure this does not happen again in the future. I believe our General Manager spoke with you this morning, and the issue has been resolved. Please accept my sincerest apologies once again. We do hope to welcome you back to IMI Residence in the future.Sincerely,Melissa

    Clean and good value

    rating11 Nov 2019

Residential rooms connected to the Irish Management Institute's conference centre. The facility offers clean comfortable and spacious double rooms with cozy bed. It is located in a quiet area, with limited shops, eateries nearby but hotel provides some basic fare. Good for a business trip in South Dublin. Overall pretty good for the price. IMI R, Front Office Manager at IMI Residence Dublin, responded to this review Dear jbeovar,Thank you for taking the time to post your review, it is very much appreciated. We are delighted you found your stay to be quite comfortable, and hope to see you again very soon. Sincerely,Melissa
