    A beautiful clean, crisp hotel. The rooms are amazing with air-con and fully adjustable piped modern contemporary music, and adjustable LED lighting. No tea or coffee facilities in the room though, but there is a mini bar fridge at very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and polite. A great place to stay.

    We had an excellent experience at the Pineta. The rooms are private, almost feels like bungalows and the private parking was an awesome addition.The room was clean, modern with a king size bed.The breakfast was great, kind of tricky (with the corona) as we had to wait standing to be served at the buffet.Nevertheless, we loved it there.

    This is looks like a brand new hotel, which is a bit hidden in a dead-end street.It looks very modern, I arrived at night and the scenery looks very promising (seats outside, nice 'balloon'style lights...) It is a collection of rooms with a parking per room, which is very convenient.I had one of the design rooms, and this room was nice. To start with something I did not like: the purple lights are aweful!Luckily, you can switch them off, but be aware that these switches are slow: you click, and nothing happens for the first 3-5 secondsThe room has one floor to ceiling picture, which creates a specific atmosphere.You have a very big bathroom, which includes a walk-in rain shower, hot water is available very quickly. What is missing in the bath room, is a set of Cleenex (or similar).Another item I did not find, is an iron (+ board). You have fast internet, a spacious work desk, a minibar (under the TV is kind of hidden!) with prices that are extremely low: 1 Euro for a bottle of water!The bed is rather hard, but that is obviously personal tasteI also noted another door at the backside of the room. I initially thought this was to connect to another room, but it actually connects to a service corridor. I think this is a very smart way to enterthe room by the cleaning staff, and still make sure no unauthorized people can enter the room. Smart, should be implemented in other hotels!Breakfast is good, and typical Italian (the coffee is only the fresh brewed type) and a lot of cake, cookies,...Overall: this is a great value for the money, I will for sure come back if I'm in the neighborhood!

    Love the design of this hotel. It is out of the town and does not have an evening restaurant however the hotel is very modern and clean.Rooms are spacious with very nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Free easy to access WiFi.Breakfast was a good spread of choice.

    Near the airport

    We stayed here for a night having an early departure out of Ancona airport. The airport is bout 10 min away with car. The place is clean and the rooms very comfortable. Downside was that the aircondition in the room did not work and the nightportie did not speak a word english nor dud understa d anything about compuyers. Would stay here again if I have a morning flight to catch and would recommend.
