  This is a lovely hotel, well-located in an elevated position across the road from the ferry terminal. I was travelling by public transport & used bus line “1/4” (2€) from the train station which is c.1.5 km away. Note: to get to the hotel from the bus stop requires using either a multi-flight staircase or a route which involves using the lift inside a nearby multi-storey car park (ask staff to explain!), followed by a walk of c.200m. On departure day, I took a taxi to the train station! 15€ for a 5mins. journey. There are beautiful sea & city views from many parts of the hotel : the dining room / lounge & the Reception-level & rooftop terraces. My superior double room overlooked the car park with wonderful sea views of the port & ferry terminal. The room was comfortable & spacious with a decent-sized shower room. As a solo female, I was impressed by the manner with which I was treated by staff, particularly those in the Reception-level restaurant. This very attractive space has several window tables which not surprisingly got snapped up at breakfast! Food & beverages on offer were of very good quality. Scrambled eggs are cooked to order & included in the B&B rate, but omelettes etc. cost extra. The pastry chef produces a variety of delicious cakes & other baked goods. Overall, my experience staying at this hotel was very positive & I would definitely recommend it.

  The sea port hotel is situated in front of the port where were taking a ship to Croatia. The food was delicious, the staff were caring and informative and we can highly recommend

  Great experience especially for taking ferry

  Great experience. Very kind and helpful staff throughout. Beautiful room (we had a superior port view), I especially loved the curtains which I could operate from the bed. Good breakfast, fantastic food in the restaurant.We were a bit sad that on a beautifully warm April weekend the rooftop terrace wasn't yet open. We asked if we could take drinks up from the bistro ourselves, but were directed to the terrace in front of the hotel entrance instead. No biggie, the view is equally exceptional!Recommended especially if you take an international ferry without a car. We were able to leave the bags in the hotel after checkout and walked to the ferry check-in in Via Einaudi (which is the opposite direction of the ferry terminal). Then came back and had a drink on the terrace, watching the ferry arrive. Once it had docked we collected our bags and walked to the terminal. Very relaxed and easy.Be aware there are some steps though (down if heading from the hotel to the port).   Surprising Experience

  Loved and surprised by the Seaport Hotel. All the people was courteous particularly an Albanian man named Arber. He was great. My room was big and beautiful. The rate, while relatively high, was more than fair. I'm looking forward to my next visit.   Stop thinking about it and just book!

  I consider myself lucky in this review a less than ideal customer.. I have a large 4x4 and also towing a large trailer. All of the staff were amazingly helpful when I arrived and could not park or turn around… cars moved, half the staff out to help. To de fluster me ‘I was flustered for sure’ they upgraded my room to quite honestly the best room I have ever stayed in! ‘I travel a lot’ they have also helped me to arrange to get some very much needed mechanical work done to the trailer. Just an amazing bunch of people ‘maybe it’s how Italians are?? It’s my first time to Italy… either way I went from flustered to super chill in no time at all. :) it’s only when problems happen that you can judge the people around you :-) THANKS SO MUCH!
