    This is one of those rare hotels where everything is perfect. The location is perfect (4 min drive from the airport and 7 min to train station). Everything is modern, amazing design, latest technologies in the room. Huge space in the bathroom and the room (we even had a tub in the room). You can also buy some drinks from the fridge if u arrived late and thirsty. The mattress is molded to your body (not old style). We interacted with 3 employees, they are all very nice and speak perfect English. Breakfast is good. Remember you in Italy, so no hot items, but at least it's not just pastries. Some cold cuts of ham, turkey, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, croissants, muffins, donuts and more cakes, juices, cereal. And the little area for breakfast is so beautiful and cute. View is amazing. And the most important everything is sooo clean (its hard to get from me 5 stars for cleaning, I'm super picky). Tips: if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, you can hear the planes and the church bell. If you arrive late (like we did after 11pm) the shuttle from the hotel is not going to pick u up. You can take official taxi for 15 euros. There is no Uber (we waited 15 minutes) no drivers were found on Sunday morning to go to the train station. Hotel called for us some other taxi and they charge 20 euros for super short drive.

    Needy hotel near Bergamo airport, 57 res hotel is great , staff are friendly and polite, very helpful, room basic but clean with great amenities, kettle, small kitchen with all that is needed, it’s a little out of the way but three is restaurant and a small supermarket near by

    We stayed here as we had an early flight.The guy that booked us in 01.10 was fantastic and also did some printing for me.The hotel was spotless and the rooms very spacious.The surrounding area being so nice for a stroll was a bonus.

    I arrived just past midnight from Orio al Serio Airport, I walked to the hotel, it is just 1,43 km from the airport. Taxi takes 15 € minimum charge so why not. At the hotel a man and young woman did not even say hi or well come, just took my reservation and stoned faces. I asked, can I get room umber one as I requested in in the reservation form. No you cannot, you have booked superior double room the man said almost with anger. I said, but I wrote the note as I was requested on the previous trip 2 weeks before by the hotel manager. No you can not he repeated. I said, why you have not read my note on the reservation? No reply. I asked why I should pay 15 € more for the room 47 when I asked room number 1, where I had stayed. Their English was very poor. I ask the young woman, do you have any painkiller medicine as I have terrible head ace after traveling from North Europe all day. No we do not have she said. I said, you are a hotel you must have some first aid kit if something happens with customers, no she said so unfriendly way.I told them, this the very last time I stay here, this was my fourth time in 1,5 months.In the morning usual breakfast in the next door restaurant. Typical poor continental breakfast, even service was good. If one pays 85-100 € for one night, hotel must provide better breakfast.In the morning I told the manager what happened at night. He was sorry and said, we read the notes on reservation nest time. Too late I never stay in this hotel, there was NO service at all!

    I arrived late from my flight and hadn’t eaten all day. The lovely young man and woman at the front desk called a number of restaurants in the area to find one that would still deliver a pizza for me, and also kindly ordered (as my italian is not good).It was a small gesture but meant a lot to me after a long day! On top of this hospitality, the room was clean and well prepared. The hotel is easy to find and reasonably priced (cheaper than the capsules in the airport). They will also arrange a private shuttle for you.Highly recommend, and thank you again for the service!
