    Every team member was helpful, hardworking, professional and friendly. The breakfast and dinners were excellent. The location is perfect for walking to many locations. The memory foam matresses were extremely comfortable.

    It is a modern and fine hotel, but there are some details that are not so good.The room was a bit small, the live TV was annoing (every time I wanted to watch TV, it took a long time to boot up because we need to go through a lot of menus first), the sanitary vasel was small and tall (not very comfortable), and the tap of the shower was difficult to open when your hands were soapy (as it was round and your hand slipped).The breakfast was fine, but natural orange juice was missing.

    Worst treatment in a hotel ever. The online booking system switched a date of my booking to a week in the past. They charged me that night anyway because “once it’s in the system, we can’t change it anymore and we charge you automatically”. I tried to explain what happened but they didn’t want to listen. The staff is not friendly but rude. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the lady that checked out right before me had the same complaint. The breakfast was poor, at 9 am no more eggs available.Bad hoteAvoid this hotel, they don’t know what ‘customer service means’

    I was very happy with services offered at Amati Design Hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and left in order. The breakfast was of great quality and the attendants very helpful. For my five days, at no time was I worried or lack something. The Bar services also was very excellent.
