    Staff is very kind and Very nice accommodations, but terrible sleep! The heater is constantly ON during February/March times and they do not turn the AC on. I left the window open and it wasn't cold enough outside to cool the room. The most terrible night. It's a shame because the bed was comfortable and the accommodations were acceptable but no one can sleep like this. $120 euro for the worst night is not acceptable.

    Had a great stay at this hotel. The property appears newly renovated with a fresh and stylish appearance. I experienced some really unpleasant event in Milano when my mobile phone was stolen, but received the outermost amazing service from a compassionate and very empathic male employee working that present night shift. A huge thank you for everything, and must such employees receive appreciaton for their contribution to making this an awesome hotel.

    A nice hotel close to the railway station, away from the touristic hot spots. Nice breakfast, rooms simple, but okay, great staff (in particular Micaela and Francesco)! Price ok, in total a real recommendation for Bologna visitors!

    Good location,we had a queen room it was superb.The wonderful big closet and bathroom.Staff were very helpful and efficient.We stay 3 nights.Only slight thing to change ,no mugs in the roomAlso no nextlix available on TV No news channel in English

    Nice well appointed rooms, good location not far from the center of town, parking is included, so leave your car and start walking, the best way to visit Bologna. Kind professional staff, breakfast was good, we even had a nice dinner in the hotel after a long day of walking around town. The only problem was the noisy neighbors, otherwise a very nice stay. Highly recommend.
