    Great stay! Lovely breakfast - must check the pancake machine. Lots of fun :)Rooms are great, spacius. Indoor pool almost always empty. Fitness room also rather available. Helpful reception. Outdoor swimming pools in Green Club absolutely great.

    People very helpful, breakfast is in restaurant next door, nice spread,. Hotel does not have an elevator, when told our room was one first floor I explained my wife has trouble with stairs, the moved us to ground floor and upgraded us. Great location to visit Ferrari Museums. We had a rental car, there is a gated area for parking.     A Hard Pass for the Next Visit to Modena

    Then front desk staff were all very nice and attentive. The Evening staff on the weekend were particularly helpful.We booked two rooms. The upstairs room was over the pool and was damp and smelled of chlorine. Out daughter stayed in this room and was very uncomfortable.The second room was a king suite on the first floor near the front desk. The mattress and the hide a bed mattress were both very lumpy and hard. We asked for and received a thin extra mattress pad which we doubled and used on the hide a bed, which was better but still very uncomfortable. There were gnats and mosquitos in the room, particularly the bathrooms.The internet dropped out every 15 minutes.The Bar in the hotel is staffed by the front desk and was very enjoyable with attentive service.The restaurant next door was excellent and a pleasant surprise!     Modern hotel, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, enough parking spots inside the perimeter of the hotel (private parking) including chargers for EVs, possibility for eating at a nearby restaurant, quiet place, 2 pools (one indoor, one outdoor).

    We only stayed one night and the hotel is in a very nice place on the road to Maranello, so there can be very nice cars in the parking lot. There are couple of good authentic restaurants in the area. The rooms are modern on the ground floor and breakfast is across the garden in the restaurant. All in all very nice
