    Wish it was closer to Bologna centre

    My daughter and I stayed her 2 nights. Had I looked into distance properly I don't think we would have. Very convenient for the airport however if you don't drive it means either a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station or a 25 minute ride on the number 23 bus. The hotel itself has great interior. It's beautiful inside. We stayed in 2 different rooms which have that Italian feel to it, both very clean. Towels, shampoo, soap and minibar all in the room. Great breakfast selection.Our only bugbear was the noise/thin walls. The first room was right next door to the eating area so we could hear scrapping of chairs, the lady who worked there banging the coffee/machine, plates clashing together etc. The next room was next to the family room and we could hear the child next door banging things and jumping up and down. Overall great base if needing somewhere close the airport, we just wished it was closer to Bologna centre.

    Family with two children under 10: $250 USD for two nights. Room had one queen and two singles. It was clean and spacious. Hotel is a 20min drive from Bologna Centrale train station. With GPS it was easy to get too, approx. 5km from highway A-1 and very close to Ducati motorcycle factory. There is a mall nearby. Breakfast is available for purchase, but we did not partake and cannot comment on its content.

    This is a very above average hotel.It is great value for money - free parking - nice little breakfast - two minutes from the airportRoom décor of a very high standardIf you need a hotel close to the airport - this is the oneGreat prices.Nice staff - some quirky rules but a good place

    Not happy with this hotel. There is no safe in room to store personal belongings like passport and other items safely. The fridge is small. Very noisy, the main road outside is used as a race track by cars and bikes with loud pipes at night. Lots of noise from garbage truck beeping and banging noise. No sound insulation what so ever. Also TV has no non Italian channels, only Italian TV. No staff at night and some of the guests did create problems with crying baby and slamming doors loudly. Good point about this hotel is the Ducati museum nearby, a nice super market across the road, and the Bologna airport is easy to travel too by bus 54. Staff are okay and try to be helpful. Average breakfast. City Centre is 20-25 min away vis Bus 23 outside the hotel. Cannot recommend this hotel

    Very nice and cosy hotel. Very clean and the staff (especially Elena)very, very kind. Thanks Hotel Borgo!I’ve rated with 4 * because it ‘ s a be little bit far from aity center but it’s near Bologna Airport.They have free parking place in the backyard.
