    We are in absolute shock.We booked this property through Booking.com, and NOWHERE did it say that check-in is at a completely different location across the city.After a 22-hour flight, in the middle of the night, we were forced to go to one side of Bologna just to collect keys — and then expected to travel AGAIN to another location.On the way, the hotel promised us (via WhatsApp) that we would be given a room at the check-in location so we could rest, and move the next day.When we arrived?“Oops — your room has been sold.”Unbelievable.Instead of fixing THEIR mistake, they told us to take a taxi at OUR expense (€22) at 1:00 AM to the other side of the city.And it doesn’t end there — we stayed 5 nights (we even extended!) and NOT ONCE did anyone clean the room.€230 per night for this level of service?This is not just bad — it’s unacceptable.We travel to Bologna every year, and this is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had.We will never return.     Very disappointing experience. A visibly old and worn wicker chair in a guest area tore with minimal contact. Instead of acknowledging the poor condition of their furniture and the potential safety risk, the hotel charged us €150.This is not how guest safety or customer relations should be handled. Extremely unprofessional.

    A very smart 3 star hotel in Bologna centre.

    The hotel is small and cozy. The room was small but comfortable and the shower spacious too. Breakfast was varied and abundant based on Italian standards. A truly well trusted 3 star hotel about 15 minutes walk from the main central sites. The staff deserve a call out as they are very professional and courteous at all times. They are what make the place whole and I would definitely go back there again when in Bologna.     Don’t stay here!

    Awful hotel. Won’t turn on air conditioning (even though it is listed as a feature on their websites). We had to ask for towels (there was no towels for all guests) and pillows and were met with disdain. Breakfast staff grumpy and food ordinary. Overpriced and awful awful experience.

    The hotel was clean, centrally located, near train station, shopping and nearby restaurants. The continental breakfast was good. The hot chocolate was awful. The bedroom was a good size. The duvets didn’t have covers which could be a health hazard. No kettle for tea and coffee in the rooms. Reception staff were helpful and efficient. They helped take our luggage to the bedroom. It lacks disabled ramp to get into the hotel, and then at the entrance to the bedroom block we were in. Good sized TV, but no English news channels. The shower cubicle is too small.
