  Perfect place to stay and explore all that Lombardy (and Treno and Veneto!) has to offer.

  It is a pleasure to stay at AC Hotel Brescia by Marriott. I have been making this hotel my home base for every trip I have taken to Italy since 2024! Why? Because of the people who take care of this place. Every single person who works here is passionate about making it the best possible place for their guests to stay.I believe that the leader of an organization or a team in a hotel is key to the experience offered to the guests. And AC Hotel Brescia by Marriott is fortunate to have such a leader who sets the right tone of genuine hospitality. Until the middle of last year, it was Mr. Nicolas Rabot who led the team impeccably, inspiring commitment and passion in each member of the team. In mid-2025, after Mr. Rabot retired, Mr. Leonardo Voltan came south to Brescia from the mountains of Bolzano and took charge of the hotel. He inherited a team that had been in place for a while, which is invariably a challenging situation to come into. With his leadership style of “lead by example” to pursue excellence in every aspect of the hotel’s operation, Mr. Voltan has taken firm hold of the reins and continued to make AC Hotel Brescia a sought-after property that travelers like me can’t wait to get back to.Every member of the team, all the way from the front desk to house-keeping, maintenance, operations, finance, bar & restaurant, is committed to their vocation and passionate about serving their guests. I can’t wait to get back to AC Hotel Brescia and enjoy this wonderful team’s hospitality. Keep up the good work!

  I think it is probably the best option in Brescia. There is a free open car parking. Room was very good. Big and clean. Bathroom was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff is very welcoming. WiFi is good.

  The rooms are both modern and well presented.Comfortable beds and plenty of storage make them easy to say yes to. The entire hotel is impeccably clean and the car park is spacious with two electric charging options (one is a bring your own cable version).The gym is small and could do with more dumbbells but it’s got plenty of cv kit and again it’s very clean.The staff are helpful, well spoken and welcoming.The only reason I can’t give it a full 5 stars is the breakfast. It is a very small selection and doesn’t have enough variation.Our party of 5 were here for business and we would certainly stay here again without a problem.

  It is always a true pleasure to return to this hotel, where I have now stayed several times.From the very first moment, we always feel genuinely welcome, and the reception team is outstanding — always attentive, professional, and ready to help.I would like to take this opportunity to mention a few people in particular:Elena,Basma,a young Moroccan lady whose name I unfortunately forgot,Jay,Vansh,and the front desk manager Yai.It was also a great pleasure to have the opportunity to meet the new General Manager, Mr. Leonardo Voltan , who is extremely friendly and approachable. We had the chance to exchange a few words, and he is clearly someone who is truly passionate about his work and very warm as a person.We always enjoy the excellent cuisine prepared by the chef, and especially the service provided by the two waiters named Michel, as well as Arta, who is always smiling and kind during breakfast.The rooms are consistently very well maintained, with impeccable cleanliness.The hotel is perfectly located, just a short distance from the beautiful city center of the lovely city of Brescia.We very much look forward to returning.   Functional stay, but comfort, cleanliness and security concerns

  While many reviews describe the hotel as modern, this was not my experience. The property did not feel modern and appeared dated in places, and our room had an unpleasant, unexplained smell, which affected comfort from the outset. While there are nearby amenities such as local shops, a small shopping centre, a petrol station and a McDonald’s, the surrounding area feels undesirable, and I did not feel comfortable walking around it.The bed size was as expected, but the bed did not feel comfortable, and the bedding felt low quality. The sheets were extremely thin, to the extent that a long blonde hair was clearly visible on the mattress protector beneath. Although the room appeared superficially clean, this discovery significantly undermined confidence in overall hygiene. After noticing this, I avoided moving or inspecting anything further.Room preparation was inconsistent. One room had no bathrobe or slippers, while the other had two sets, suggesting a lack of attention to detail.Most concerning was a security issue. I was unable to properly lock the room door, which is unacceptable. Guests should double-check that their door is securely locked before leaving the room or going to bed. This issue, combined with the condition of the hotel and the surrounding area, contributed to not feeling particularly safe during the stay.On previous visits to Brescia, I have stayed at Courtyard Brescia, which I found far more comfortable and better located in a more desirable part of the city. As a result, I am unlikely to stay at the AC Hotel Brescia again.For balance, the rooms are generously sized, and parking is convenient, with free external parking available as well as secure underground parking at €12 per day. The hotel is also within walking distance of the town centre, taking approximately 20 minutes on foot. During check-in, I only interacted with one member of staff, who was extremely friendly and helpful, and this was a positive aspect of the stay.
