    PRICE INCREASE, QUALITY DECLINE.

    This was the seventh year of our company attending the Verona Fiere - MARMO+MAC - and the seventh time we stayed at Blu Brixia Hotel. However, this year in comparison with the others was really weak.We always book with 3-2 months in advance, but this time the flight of our colleagues arrived really late, so they only got to the hotel around at 02 am (noticing the Hotel before hand) and one of the rooms was filthy. Bed undone, garbage on the bins and floor, and full of mosquitos (other rooms also had mosquitos). He had then, at that time, to change rooms, which could have been smoother wasn't for the atitude of the staff.Furthermore, the quality of the breakfast also decreased significantly, where even the coffee makes you doubt you're in Italy.I hope you take all of this into serious consideration and improve your service, because it was once a good and nice hotel.

    With family we traveled to Monaco and decide to stay for night in this hotel.. in reception I asked that can we field all registration with passports a little bit later, because our infant really crying and very hungry. I asked please give me the key of the room for my wife and infant baby that she can care for baby.. Georgia (name person from reception) told me NO!!!So we waited with crying baby when Georgia field in computer details from all passports also infant as well.. it’s really not humanly. After few minutes gave me the key of the room and I payed for the room. The room price was 102€ but she charge us 303€. Georgia special did this.. also gave us not working room key.. Georgia special did this. I came to reception again and told her that room key not working.. she made face like- I don’t care and and demanded the remove of the car from reception parking area.. it’s normal?! After two times unsuccessful to enter in the room.. we decide leave that hotel.. I hope that will not happens with someone and persons like Georgia never works reception.. room cleaners have better etiquette. Our procedure only takes a few minutes, we are sorry if the short wait has upset you so much that you raised your voice and embarrassed not only the staff but also the guests in the lobby. Blu Hotel Brixia welcomes hundreds of guests every day and such a situation is definitely not in line with the ambience and clientele we are used to.We acknowledge that there was an error during payment, and the receptionist noticed it immediately and cancelled it. However, we must emphasise that although an oversight can happen, especially in a moment of confusion, in this specific case it was due to the chaos situation you created. When you returned to the Reception to report that the electronic key was not working, the staff took care to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, as is always done. It was noted to you that your car was parked not in the designated parking spaces in our large parking lot but right in front of the entrance door, as it was obstructing the entrance for other guests.We very much regret this situation as relations with our customers are important to us and we always try to meet their needs whenever possible.However, we consider it fundamental, when misunderstandings can arise, that the manners and tone in which any misunderstandings are handled are appropriate and respectful towards the operators who try to follow the guests with professionalism and kindness, an attitude that we did not find on your part.We thank you again for writing to us, giving us the opportunity to clarify our position.Best regards

    What a great hotel. Clean, good service, good restaurant, wifi works well and parking right out front. Great alternative for the high price hotel by the lake. Hidden gem and clearly favoured by businessmen. Rooms and common areas fresh and new looking

    Hotel is nice and clean. Eventhough located in between highways it is completely quiet. Food was very delicious and also staff is friendly and profesional. They allow animals as well. After all, stay was nice and I recommend it.

    Stayed here one night when I spotted it from the autoroute after a very long day of driving. Just what I needed. Staff very friendly. Food in the restaurant was very good. Room was large, bed very comfortable. Quiet.
