    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Stay!Everything about our stay was perfect — the rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, and Roberto looked after us so well each morning — he really made our mornings special! The reception team were also fantastic, helping us find our way around and recommending some amazing places to eat. Overall, our stay was truly magical. We can’t wait to come back!

    We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this lovely hotel in Anna Capri for 5 nights, Stayed in a newly remodeled luxury apartment owned by the Hotel (Rm, #206). We had great views of the Mediterranean on a large terrace, and the front door of the building was in the center of boutique shopping and restaurants, if so inclined. The restaurant in the hotel's lemon garden was a great outdoor dining experience Met the owner and family, along with many excellent staff members. A great option for people who prefer Anna Capri over the hustle and bustle of lower Capri

    We stayed here based on reviews and decided to splurge because of it but were disappointed. We paid over $1000 USD a night for a suite. Upon checkin, we were put in an unattractive apartment building a block away from the actual hotel. The apartment itself was beautiful and had a great view, but had many maintenance issues where electricity kept going out (went out 4 times, some sort of breaker kept blowing), and the electronic shades broke multiple times. It was like someone's apartment, perhaps the owner, not part of the hotel. I did not want to stay in an airbnb, but that is what it was like. We did not feel we got the experience of the boutique hotel we paid for. The manager was nice and gave us a credit for dinner but that was really insufficient considering the disappointment and constant maintenance problems. They said there was nothing they could do because we had pre-paid. That was a weak reason. The breakfast was good and the restaurant there was very good. The first night we got there there was a wedding and they closed the pool & restaurant. They basically took over the whole hotel which I really didn't think was fair to other guests, plus of course the noise late into the night. I would stay somewhere else next time, especially bearing in mind the very high price. I'm sure there are better options.

    The hotel cancelled on us the night before our departure. They apologized but did not offer any compensation. It was super disruptive to our trip because we had nowhere to stay. It was a terrible experience and I highly discourage anyone from staying there. MARCELLO POLLIO, Proprietario at Casa Mariantonia, responded to this review Dear Guest,We are very sorry to read this review, however for people reading I'd like to point some notes on what you wrote above.First of all it's completely false that we didn't offer any compensation to you, your room had a technical problem, as we do when this happens we have reprotected you in partner hotel, in your case a five star partner hotel, providing you not only a discounted rate respect to what you originally have paid here, but also a complimentary room upgrade in a bigger room with view. Additionally we have offered to you a discount on the lunch made at our Restaurant, I don't know what you expect us to do more than this. After all you required us to cancel the reservation at the other hotel, we never charged you and paid to the hotel the cancellation fee and then suddenly ask us to compensate you back.I please ask you remove this reservation since nor only it isn't true of what we did, but also disrespectful on all the work done by our staff in order to help you.Warm regards,Luigi, reservation department

    Simply fantastic stay - will go again. Quality feeling - great location in anacapri where you also experience locals and just at the walkway with shops. Stayed in suite 205 - best terrasse with sea and pool views. Breakfast just yummy, with fresh orange juice. Very friendly staff, helped with a great tour on the water.
