    Avoid at all costs – the worst possible choice.

    The photos on Booking are completely misleading. What looked like a decent place for 2 nights in Capri turned out to be a disaster. Maybe it was a good hotel decades ago, but now it is stuck in time, neglected, and without any maintenance.The room was filthy and extremely old, with mold on the walls, in the bathroom, and even in furniture. Mold is a serious health hazard, and this made it an absolute no go.We checked out and found another place to stay (at our expenses).The only saving grace was the staff, who were friendly and tried to be helpful — but unfortunately, no kindness can compensate for the dreadful condition of this hotel.

    Be prepared to climb, near port up a hill.

    Location is very near the port but up a very steep hill. The overall appearance is a bit dated. Our room was very stuffy when we arrived no a/c on at all and staff was a bit put out when we requested it put on. Nights get cool but our a/c did not cool the room, we had to open our windows to outside. The grounds are small but cute. Reception was friendly. We did utilize the bagged storage which was helpful during our day tour. Our room did have a mini fridge, sink and cooktop which we did not use.

    Great location in walking distance to the harbour and bus/taxi. Nice size room with small balcony. Did seem a bit excessive to not be able to use items in the kitchen without extra cost for cleaning. Small breakfast room but nice choice of food. Friendly staff.

    We came here for few days to enjoy Capri . We had a Great stay, they made it special for our baby honey moon. Nice location near bus station and marina (only 88 minutes walk), you could also take funicular to join the city for dinner Really calm and staff was great.Breakfast ok.

    The service was awful! they made NO effort to improve our stay!!!

    The service was awful! We stayed for a couple of nights. The first day was NO HOT WATER, and nothing was done after reporting it. The next days, the hotel had NO WATER AT ALL. Staff claimed it was an external problem but made no effort to help. We had to buy water bottles to clean ourselves, and the only "solution" offered was one bottle of mineral water.It's disrespectful to charge over USD 600 per night for such poor service. Even if it was an external issue, they made NO effort to improve our stay.
