    We went to Madonna Di Campiglio for a 4 day hiking vacation and stayed at Dahu. Outstanding experience at the hotel. Chef did an amazing job with half board, and the Maitre D'hotel was incredible. The service and the food made the stay, with the newly renovated spa just icing on the cake.

    The Hotel Dahu is magnificent. It has an amazing atmosphere and looks even better than in the pictures. I really like their Junior Suite—its beautiful design and vibe, where every detail fits together to create a pleasant and harmonious feeling. I especially enjoy the delicious breakfast with the gluten-free croissants, the stunning views, and the incredible spa after a day of skiing, which brings a blissful sense of relaxation.One thing to note: if you stay on the first floor, there may be some noise from the restaurant in the evening. Therefore, it's better to have dinner there (which is also exceptional!) or, if you prefer to sleep early, I'd prefer a room on one of the upper floors.The Hotel Dahu has a unique character and spirit. When I think about it and the experiences it offers—especially its spa—I must admit that it truly goes beyond imagination.     Explosive fighting among staff

    I have tried to book a room at this hotel and was first met by very friendly reservation manager I confirmed my book for a week by mail and asked if they needed my Card number to confirm which they told me could wait until the morning and that they would hold the room for me. I called back after sending my card number and was told “someone else booked the room overnight”As I inquired about how the situation unfolded differently that their commitment there was some infighting and screaming on the phone among hotel staff which hung up on me 3 times. As I called back the situation continue to escalate among the staff and I was told “you should not come, this is a bad place for you” and “there is no other booking, we just think we should charge more sorry” and “there is no more room ciao”. Upon reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, it turns out that there are several reviews mentioning staff can be rude and agressive to clients. I guess I witnessed this very much and glad I ended not confirming I guess ! Dahu Campiglio, Proprietario at Hotel Dahu, responded to this review I'm sorry, but I don't accept reviews from people who haven't stayed at the hotel. I'm sorry if you hesitated to book and someone else booked the room. We're sorry, but we won't be happy to have you at the hotel.But when we're full, we're full!Best regards, The Management

    We had a lovely week in the hotel in January for a ski holiday. The hotel is directly adjacent to the piste and 100m ski down to the Pradalago lift. The staff were very polite and worked tirelessly to look after all their guests. The rooms were a generous size and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had plenty on offer with local produce and the evening four course dinner was exceptional in both presentation and taste. Gourmet food at its best. The waiting on staff were very attentive and looked after our table so well. We made good use of the spa facilities after skiing on most days. We had to leave early on our last morning and the night porter was kind enough to make us a quick espresso before we departed at 6 am. Madonna is a beautiful and charming ski resort and I couldn't fault our stay in Hotel Dahu, everyone was very welcoming and helpful.
