Located in the western part of Trentino Province, in Val Gardena, Madonna di Campiglio is at the heart of the Dolomites, in a beautiful valley surrounded by the Adamello-Brenta Park, at an altitude of 1550 m. The town centre is just 400 m from the family-friendly conference hotel and Trento is approximately 80 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 2 junior suites, 2 suites and 57 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     Wow, what a great hotel. on arrival you are greeted with a complimentary beverage in the bar whilst reception deliver the guest registration and room allocation. Dining is to die for, the pastry chef excels here. Food was fantastic with amazing flavours served perfectly by Amir or Georgia. A great ski holiday. Only complaint is that the ski transportation not always reliable, had a 45 minute wait one day so elected to walk back from Pradalago lift most days.     We have just had a fabulous week skiing and staying at the Hotel Cristal Palace. We booked with Inghams and upgraded to a deluxe room which was a triple room and a bit more spacious, it also had two balconies with panoramic views over Madonna.The room was always kept spotlessly clean, with a ready supply of fresh towels and clean linen, bathrobes and slippers. The hotel offers a very efficient shuttle bus service to the lifts and centre of town and the times we needed to use it we rarely had to wait more than five minutes if at all, we were not looking to be on the first lift in the morning so I can’t comment on how busy it is at peak times. The spa was also very relaxing and we enjoyed some late afternoons relaxing and swimming.Our overall highlight and appreciation goes to the staff who are amazing, they really couldn’t have done anymore to welcome us and make sure we were thoroughly looked after the whole week. The food was excellent, a fantastic choice at breakfast and the evening meals of a very high standard, it was so hard to choose each evening because it all sounded and was delicious. A special thanks to Giorgia who looked after us impeccably, Victor for all the pre dinner drinks and conversations, Amir for his wine recommendations and Allessandro for his friendly and professional service. Our thanks also go to the wonderful chefs, the food was fabulous!We will hopefully be back!     A fantastic stay over New Year 2025/2026

    My family enjoyed a very relaxing week-long stay at Cristal Palace. The staff are outstanding, incredibly friendly and keen to ensure we were looked after at every point of our stay. The food was plentiful and delicious. Our pre-dinner drinks in the bar were a highlight. We used the Spa everyday, with the hotel managing bookings so there were never too many people about. Very clean well-appointed and comfortable rooms. Also enjoyed the daily shuttle to the ski lifts. We will remember this trip for a long time.     Excellent, well run and comfortable Hotel

    This hotel is a really well-run comfortable hotel. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with absolutely magnificent balcony view. The staff were absolutely first class, whether at reception, room cleaning, or in the restaurant. All were friendly, helpful and very well trained. The food both at breakfast and dinner was outstanding, in quality, variety and culinary excellence. The Hotel is positioned above the town, and the walk back up the hill at the end of the day could be a bit of a trial. They do have a minibus shuttle which id available on demand, but it always seemed a bother to do so, and we walked. Perhaps a pickup from the town once an hour would be more convenientWe arrived during the second week in June, and it was virtually closed; no shuttle buses or lifts open, and some cafes and restaurants closed. They all gradually opened during our stay, but if you intend going in the summer, choose the end of June onward.
