Worst hotel experience ever! Everything is a lie. Photos, promises, facilities, prices. Scam hotel! Room look lite a junkies place. Food is not good and take 2 hours to get. Unfriendly reception and hotel manager even if I didn’t complain they were angry. Staff were fighting in between. Not ski in ski out. 350 meters to the lift, not 70! Bed is hard, pillows are a joke. Blanket is itchy

Male member Guiseppe was kind and well spoken, as were the two bar men. Staff elsewhere were rude and obnoxious. Came down too early for dinner and was told with a sour face 'You know the dinner time' - I didn't, because otherwise I wouldn't have been there. Food was the worst i've experienced in Italy. Left a night early because of it yet still got charged. 580 euros for three nights, I live out of hotels and this was by far the worst all year and worst value.Loud at night.Rooms are small, dated, and not clean. Shower just filled up with water and almost flooded when in the shower longer than 4 minutes. Charged for water at dinner with no option to have tap. Hotel is a 3* MAX - I'd barely even give it that but I guess it's because it has a spa. Never returning nor recommend.

Ski-in worked fine. The food was great (buffet with a lot to pick from) and service was friendly. I miss shopping opportunities in the village. Nice and clean rooms. Nice pool and relax area with sauna

Very kind staff, greetings to Alberto, Giuseppe, Patrizia and the chef! The food was delicious, the rooms were clean. The spa and pool were delightful, although the staff in these regions didn't speak English quite well, we could barely understand each other. The location was great, not even 100m away from the slopes. Very nice overall atmosphere brought by the whole crew. We highly recommend this hotel for big groups! (We were a large party of families with children, and we enjoyed our stay greatly!)

Our family had such a great time here for our 5 day stay. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms and great entertainment for all the family. The food is good and the reastaurant manager Alberto and staff were very kind and made sure we enjoyed our stay and meals. I would reccomend this hotel to familys and couples. Cozy and welcoming. The ski slopes are a 2 minute drive away. Perfect!
