    The location was excellent so close to Doumo, room view at 2nd floor was not good, rooms are clean and service was good

    Everything was good. The location was perfect. The staff was also kind. Only The hotel was old and the room was shall.

    Great location but the great stopped there. Tiny room (yes, all rooms in Europe are small compared to where we come from) but felt like we were in a shoe box. Continental breakfast was dreadful. No access to the roof (big sell for this establishment) which was under some kind of construction when we stayed. Scaffolding over the window of our room so no ability to get natural light into the room. Reception staff were short & mostly rude. Insisted on us leaving our key at reception when we went out because they were ‘always there’ but rarely there when we came or left. Not prepared to leave our key alongside others left in full access of other patrons who could potentially help themselves to our room given easy access to keys. Would not stay here again.

    Negative The bed was hard as marble and honestly the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. Did not get a good night sleep at all. The room was very hot and you have no control of the temperature. The room was much smaller than the pictures made it look. I woke up with bug bites on my feet, legs, arms, back, and hands. Woken up multiple times by mosquitos buzzing in my ear. The room was not worth what was charged at all!!The terrace was under construction, so I couldn’t use it.Positive 30 euro a day for valley parking. Use the highlighted street I posted to park your car for the valet. Next to a square with bus and light rail transfers. A 6 minute walk to the David statue. Many restaurants and shops around to get breakfast/lunch/dinner. No need to pay for breakfast.

    We had a room with a view of the Basilica! Place was clean, well kept and convenient for walking to all the places we wanted to go to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
