    It’s one of the best hotels in Sanata Margarita The location is great near everything 2 minutes walking from the beach and 2 minutes from the bar street.. the room size is just perfect The team are super friendly specially Natalie and Alexandro I would come Gaian and again because of you guys Thank you for everything

    Starting from the fact that the structure is part of the Mediterraneo hotel and is located across the street and everything you have to get out of the structure from the chekin to breakfast, to the spa (so immediately passes the idea of series A and series B) ridiculous parking in the garden of the Mediterraneo hotel (of course) at 38 € per notte.La nice room but the air conditioning did not work (18 °) after calling reception 2 times each time finding different excuses we bring blankets but the room remains COLD, the money they wanted them in full to the booking.A HOTEL TO AVOID Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.     I had booked a room through app booking, not having had confirmation contact the hotel, I am told that my reservation had been canceled, obviously not by me, I am told that cmq if I wanted another room I would have to pay immediately by credit card.Having organized the weekend I paid the full amount, the hotel is in fact an annex of the hotel nearby, Upon our arrival we find the room without heating. We report to the reception who provides, so it was, to turn it on. In fact, the heating never started.     Quality of service here is very common, from the booking process (mistake from the hotel staff when booking by phone) until service on the spot. A room in the next Villa Alberti was proposed, just renovated but with paper walls… we could enjoy the good mood and loud laughs of the American people staying in the room next from us, and experience a kind of “spring break party” in the middle of the night. The 2 hotels Mediterraneo and Villa Alberti are just in the middle of a busy street, so it is not quiet at all. We were proposed to visit another room… but no one showed up eventually to do so, so we stayed in our room. Good cooking for dinner we admit, but very ordinary breakfast. Many other details not worth mentioning here, except maybe the surprising “va fan culo” by the man on the hotel private beach because we asked to change the place. Maybe these spots are not LGBTQ friendly? It would be better for everyone to know beforehand. Of course we cannot recommend this “4 stars” hotel
