    Positive: great position close to the station, town centre and ferry. Helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast Negative: the room and bathroom was tiny and urgently in need of some TLC. Hallway carpets were worn and filthy. Furnishing was outdated. The road in front of the hotel is super noisy at night. AC didn’t work very well.

    Stayed here with my daughter for four nights . I have to say the staff are exceptional . The room and breakfast and roof top bar and jacuzzi were all great . My daughter took unwell and the staff were so obliging . Special mention to the young man on front desk with perfect English - didn’t catch his name unfortunately- but he could not have been more helpful and understanding at a difficult time and really went out his way . The bar man is very welcoming. and helpful too . We will be back to this hotel when we return to the area - it’s the perfect location .

    Lovely wee hotel with Nice staff. One little thing they show a jaccuzi in the ads but you have to pay for it. Our bar staff and waitresses were lovely. They looked after us very well.

    My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during our Italian tour. From the minute we walked in we knew we were going to love it. The lady on reception was so friendly and welcoming. It is a small quiet hotel only minutes away from the sea front. Our room was perfect for our requirements. I am coeliac so need a gluten free diet. The restaurant staff, especially Mario were absolutely brilliant and the breakfasts were so good. Mario also served us at the rooftop bar and once again we enjoyed our drinks. Thank you to you all. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay with you again.
