Location

The hotel is located in Sant'Angelo of Ischia on the southern coast of the island, in a picturesque fishing village surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens and criss-crossed by small roads and paths with absolute no access to cars. It lies around a 10-minute walk from car parking sites and it is an ideal place for a holiday in absolute peace and quiet and in direct contact with the beautiful natural surrounding. The hotel enjoys a panoramic view of the charming little village harbour and of Maronti bay. The beach is only around 400 m from the hotel and guests will find restaurants and shops under a kilometre away. Naples Airport is around 40 km away.

Guests have a choice of 4 single rooms and 24 double rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     We totally enjoyed our stay here. The hotel whilst classed as budget is much more. We had a amazing sea view which we saw the morning after we arrived as arrived in the dark. The staff are attentive and very pleasant. The swimming pool is warm and heated naturally. A couple of things to save you money. Use the buses it cost €60 to get a taxi from the port to the hotel. It would of been €1.70 If we got the bus. Food is the village is expensive and they all follow the same theme, sea food or pizza. You can get the bus to the main port and have much more choice and cheaper. A basic meal with out wine for two is going to cost at least €100. I highly recommend this hotel and the island, it's stunning and beautiful. We were blessed with amazing weather at the end of September. Given the chance we will return.

    There was not enough information about the hotel, ie can’t be reached by Car, very steep climb to the hotel, you have to hire a buggy to take you up with luggage at a cost of €10 per person each way. The hotel runs a buggy service but not with luggage, only at certain times and pulls the service at the first sight of rain - not great when two of the people were in their 80s. I also need to know how to complain as a wardrobe door fell on my dad and knocked him flying across his room, he was very sore for the whole holiday as this happened on the first day. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was also dripping onto the tiled floor in the bedroom which caused my mother who is 80 to fall and has a massive bruise on her outer thigh. She fell again at the very slippy tiles around the pool.The lady in reception is lovely as is Joshua at breakfast. Danny was nice too but hasn’t been there long. A couple of other members of the team on reception and the buggies were not friendly or helpful. The number to ring for the buggy wasn’t shared with us on arrival and when it was it didn’t work. Was then given WhatsApp which is ignored when it suits.

    This hotel is absolutely beautiful staff view rooms the breakfast is lovely and the man at breakfast is so lovely a beautiful hotel, this place is like a dream it’s a hidden little gem for a relaxing holiday the hotel organised a drink for our anniversary beautiful people and hotel Grazia hotel Loreley

    Terrible place, no food served apart from croissants and bread. up the side of a very steep hill. staff are rude, and the rooms are filthy.T hey charge you a fee for serving you a drink, you get billed when you check out of hotel. full of cockroaches and insects. poolled never cleaned. and they treat disabled guests like muck. be warned stay clear of this place.

    Beautiful coastal views and excellent swimming Pool.Staff couldn’t be more helpful.Transfers arranged by the hotel take the stress out of the travel.Courtesy service for travel to and from the village if required.Wonderful relaxing holiday and great value for money
