    Modern, clean, good access by car

    This is a super clean, well situated boutique hotel just outside the center of La Spezia. Parking is easy, as is access to Porto Venere by car. Included breakfast is plentiful, Italian style. Ask for front rooms, although there is some street noise by day. Proprietor Emiliano is helpful in every way. For driving to Porto Venere: keep driving into the town via the one-way system; if the parking garage is 'completo' (full), keep going and head back out of town; grab the first blue-line space you see; if still no luck, loop around and head back into town looking for a blue-line space.

    Very nice place to stay, Emiliano was so friendly and was very clean. Breakfast was served with a friendly talk and it was yummy.Parking was just in front of the hotel and safe.Only one point to consider is if you don't go there by car.

    The service is excellent and the room was clean. The location is not the best but it is not too far, It is about two kilometers from the train station. The bed has only two pillows.It is important to remember that the check-in time of is from 11:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 only. The breakfast is from 8:00- 9:00.

    Fab place to stay in La Spezia

    Located on the Cinque Terre road just above the Arsenale overlooking the port of La Spezia, incredible views. Easy to find, able to park car right outside the property. Checked in by a lovely lady, even though we arrived outside check-in times. Very clean, contemporary rooms with modern bathroom. Plenty of little outside spaces to sit. Breakfast can be taken in the breakfast room or on the terrace. The guy who runs the place, Emilliano, is a lovely, gentle, smiley man who can't do enough for you and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the area. His drone footage of the coastal locations is amazing. If we return to La Spezia we will stay here again. Highly recommended.

    Small B&B. Situated on big road a bit higher of La Specia. Ideal place to discover Le 5 terre- beautiful small villages situated down of the rocks along the other side. Very new clean modern rooms with modern technology. Super friendly welcomed by the owner. We only had one night here unfortunately and the owner gave us very good advice what to do and see in this short period,which we did. Breakfast- very good! Surely recommended!
