    Lovely stay, easy to find and plenty of parking. Very friendly welcome, Anna behind reception was brilliant, and gave some excellent recommendations for dining. It’s a short flat walk to get into the city walls. Nice buffet breakfast, again lovely friendly staff. Would recommend

    A top quality hotel in a beautiful city.Everything is of the highest quality and finish. Reception staff, particularly Anna and Riccardo were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room in the front, original part of the hotel was the most beautiful, spacious, well appointed room we have stayed in for many years. The daily room service was the most impeccable we have ever experienced. Although not requested, towels and bed linen were refreshed daily.Superb cold buffet breakfast fast with attentive service. We were even allowed access for breakfast before early morning departure (by excellent taxi service arranged by reception staff).We can't recommend Albergo Celide highly enough but you should be aware that, although right opposite Lucca city walls, it can be a pleasant 20 minute walk to the main square.

    This hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. They helped us with directions and places to eat. Booked a hair appointment for me. I would recommend it if you are visiting Lucca. It is walking distance to the town and station. We took a 20 minute train ride to Pisa which was better than taking the car.

    I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are extremely professional and friendly and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. They arranged our airport transfers and even arranged for our room to be ready for our early arrival, which was greatly appreciated because we had been up since 4am that morning travelling. The adjoining fish restaurant was also amazing. If I come back to lucca I will definitely stay here again

    We had a really good stay at Albergo Celide in Lucca and I would highly recommend it. I travelled with family and we stayed here for 2 nights in July and we booked several rooms. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome and at ease. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and tidy, air conditioned and had everything we needed. I thought the included breakfast was excellent and again the staff were very polite and friendly. We were able to drive to the hotel and park our vehicles in the spaces provided by the hotel which again was excellent.
