    Meeting an Angel 💫

    Wanna thank first of all the unbeliavable staff at the reception of this hotel!I met an Angel right at the reception, a professional woman (with angel's colors lkke blue eyes and blonde hairs) who made something nobody did it before to me (I am a business woman, world traveller); she gave me her umbrella to go to my car in the park (it was raining hard) then she came out to accompany me with her unbrella again for just few meters... such a rare and gentle gesture that surprised me a lot that I called her 'Angel' and it was well deserved 💫The 'materialistic' aspect of the hotel faded onto the back ground. I mean the lighting in the rooms could be better (especially in the toilette for the make-up) and the spacious king/queen bed could have a softer mattress ☺️

    Nice place to stay and close to Lucca town

    Overall a nice place to stay. Was clean, nice bathrooms and updated lobby and room, lift quite dated. Next to a McDonalds and a supermarket so very convenient. Private parking behind the hotel. Netflix, Amazon and YouTube apps on the TV’s, aircon in rooms and friendly staff. However if you are a light sleeper or sleep late, the McDonalds can get loud in the evening, but no real issue. Our aircon in our room leaked on the second night but staff were helpful and moved us to another room. Around a 15 min walk to the train station and 20 mins to the Lucca town centre.

    Located just outside the highway, the hotel is provided with a large parking area. The reception staff has been helpful and professional, with no issues for a late check-in after midnight of part of the family.Very good quality of the rooms, modern and comfortable, and of the bathrooms.We have been so happy about our 1-night stay that we decided to stop over again on our return northbound trip.

    Bit of a trek from Lucca Station but worth it !!

    A bit of a magical mystery tour walking from Lucca Station but I soon got the hang of it.Nice clean rooms and a good breakfast.As someone alluded to a supermarket next door but there is a better one a bit further up the road for provisions.No Tea and Coffee facilities in the Room but they have a machine in the foyer for a few Euros in an honesty box. Would be nice if this was complimentary.There is a small Bar with limited opening hours but I didn't use it.
