    We stayed here for a week with a friend.Hotel was nice, clean and so beautiful from outside. Pool area was clean and quiet, very enjoyable.Staff very friendly and welcoming :)Location was ok, but you really need a rental car when staying here. We didnt have one and it was difficult to move around with a bus. Hotel gym was very small, but also clean. Breakfast was ok, but too much white bread/cake and croissants. I would love to see something green on the breakfast table. Room was little bit dusty. It wasnt cozy at all, no boards on the walls, very simple and not welcoming. Also noices from corridor kept us awake at night time. Tv didnt have any english language channels, and we didnt understand italian at all.But overall, it was nice to see this hotel, but Im pretty sure we are not coming back again.

    Stayed here whilst in Lucca for a family wedding. Lovely quiet hotel, staff friendly, facilities very clean. Swimming pool + air conditioning in hotel a bonus especially in this heat! Near a restaurant, supermarket and bus route into historic Lucca if traveller doesn't have a car.

    Recovery and Relaxation

    I had a bad fall while hiking and fractured my spine. Il Parco was where I began my recovery. They were able to extend time in the same room. Marta and staff checked on me daily wanting to fill any need or want that I had. The view from my window was olive trees, a hedge in full bloom with jasmine, and beds of Bird of Paradise. The Mediterranean was in the background. We will be forever grateful for such wonderful hosts and we highly recommend this gorgeous spot.

    Check in was easy, fast and fun. I felt welcomed here. The hotel driveway is a long country estatesk lane. Once upon the building, the gate requires a second glance than a closer look. The hotel is eclectic and unusual. It is clean, and comfortable. A total surprise. Staying here as a landing point between Nice and Rome. Decent choice.

    First you impressions of this hotel were good as seen from the adjacent independent restaurant.The disappointment came later and started with the staff of the pool - and others who perhaps need a little ongoing training on civilities towards guests. The night staff perfect and welcoming. Perhaps the entry to the hotel with its over full trash containers and bottles on the drive accentuate the pride of the management .The room, again first impressions good, but it is obvious that attention to detail is amiss . Tea and coffee facilities present, but no cups ( only two fragile plastic cups unable to stand hot water). The bathroom neat and tidy, but the shower caked in calcium.Breakfast; an array of uninteresting and not entirely fresh (croissant quite stale).Unfortunately, not a good experience .
