    Unhealthy and poor hygiene

    Poor needs undated urgently. The electric chargers for car not work no safe in room shower so small you can't get in it. Flys all over the food. Staff can't even pour a drink. We both had bad stomach's after eating in the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend any of it stay away.

    Great Value, Lovely Feel

    Only stayed one night but was really impressed. The hotel is very well run and in a great location. I loved the pool, jacuzzi, and generous breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive. As someone who watches prices, I found the value for money exceptional. Came by bus from Switzerland—an easy trip with stunning views of Lago Maggiore. Highly recommend!

    We stayed for just one night but would have stayed longer if we were not flying back the next day !! Lovely quiet quaint place. Nice garden and pool. Lovely bedroom with very lovely brand new modern bathroom with a fantastic spa shower !!! Lovely owners. Nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be going back !!!

    Stayed one night with breakfast. A large room with double bed and two singles, tea/coffee making facilities and bathroom. Views on two sides of the garden and town, hills behind, a train comes by surprisingly close but not very often.Room and bathroom clean and comfortable, no luxuries.Breakfast plentiful with many pastries and boil your own eggs available.Service a bit haphazard - both on phone to reserve and in person - but perfectly friendly. Good that we had an Italian speaker with us.Five minutes walk from railway station and from boardwalk, lake and restaurants. Fifteen minutes to the ferry station

    Yes, it may seem it is on the way down hill. But considering the location and neighboring house the hotel fits right into the surroundings. Older interior which is tastefully combined with the state of the building. Somehow things are not all in place and In top condition, but to me this makes it all the more authentic. The bath rooms are newly refurbished and modern.I find the service to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich in Italian terms. Pool area is OK, although a bit worn down.Location is good. Only a few minutes from the small marina, restaurants and boardwalk.
